      I don’t think it will be a hard turn toward the right GM, but hopefully we will stall in this move toward full blown crazy town, where feelings rule and common sense gets left far behind, maybe we’ll settle somewhere around the moderate middle.

         I feel that thinking, alert people, not the sheeple, are growing tired of the left.   They want someone who is law and order & that is usually a Republican.   Notice in the Democrat run cities, almost everything is helter skelter.    In New York City, people are protesting the stupid, dictatorial vaccination mandates & ID.  People are rebelling.   I feel that America will turn to the right in response to the stupidity of the current left.

            I agree 100%, I hope and pray we will, but it must be a majority of the people that are onboard!
            Remember how quickly a very large percentage of people became active participants in the daily barrage of attacks on Donald Trump! While he was fighting the swamp monster that has a choke hold on our Nation's capital, (therefore, on this Nation) they were cheering for the swamp monster...they still are!
            We'll see, I hope you are right!

   MizBejabbers you are so right. I cannot grasp the mentality of the folks who worship at the feet of , , , I won't name him. But, I recognize that anything you or I might say will be met by scorn and personal attacks. It's frightening the hold he has on his followers and how little they wish to learn from people who actually know what they are talking about.

      I would say that your perspectives describe and fit yourself and those like you that support this sham of a President and the corrupt Establishment that is behind Biden being in power.

         With the debacle at the southern boarder and the disaster in Afghanistan, the constant gaffs when speaking in public, the mishandling of so many things, there is no doubt this is one of the worst president/vice presidents in the history of the United States.  He hasn't been in office a year and Biden's presidency is an absolute failure in many ways.

   Let's see.  When each of the last three GOP Presidents left office, the unemployment rate was higher than when they began their term, the budget deficits had grown higher during their term and not lower, and Americans had died in either a war or a pandemic.
   
   In this last term, the GOP still clings to a twice impeached candidate who was accused of ten counts of obstructing an investigation into a hostile foreign government that attacked our democracy, before inciting an insurrection to prevent the peaceful transfer of power after a free and fair election in which he repeated the same lies he used in 2016 that were proven false.
   
   Nah, I think our days of trusting the right to be good stewards of democracy are done.  Most of the left sees the lack of policy position and hateful rhetoric of the GOP as the greatest domestic terror threat that currently exists in the United States.
