    Hi Pamela,
I loved your article because it was a timely one for me. I have wallowed in self-pity and not making much progress in life. But your article opened my eyes, and I certainly shall follow the guidelines you show. I thoroughly went through both the videos and gained great insights. Thank you so much for sharing.

Wonderful article, Pamela. Your writing reminds me of a motivational quote from Hiral Nagda.

“Setbacks cannot demolish you without your permission.”

Ultimately it is all within our minds. We can either keep cribbing that life is throwing lemons at us and giving us setbacks or use those very lemons and make lemonade out of them.Your article gives a valuable lesson not to wallop into the self pity and do all it takes to overcome the setback. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Rosina, for sharing Pamela's article.

This is a great way to return to the writer/reader relationship that used to be the hallmark of HubPages. Enjoyed getting to read and react to your work.
