   Being a curious sort while on a morning journey of discovery I came upon a site that through a one minute questionnaire will tell you your political personality. Looking to have a few moments of fun with interest I took it. Through reflection along with self-assessment deemed they pegged me.
   
   The site is My Political Personality. It will assign the survey taker into one of eight personalities along with a detailed report of what that means for you. It is all worth reading and informative.
   
   The eight personalities are:
   
   Utopian Virtuoso
   Strives for perfection, and has an inborn sense of idealism and morality.
   
   Social Guardian
   Believe in the good of others and passively guard social order and rights.
   
   Astute Logician
   Grounded in reality and are known for their unique perspectives and vigorous intellect.
   
   Stalwart Nationalist
   Project confidence, charisma, and authority to achieve the political ends they’ve set for themselves.
   
   Justice Warrior
   Natural-born leaders who are unafraid to stand up for the people and ideas they believe in.
   
   Freedom Steward
   Autonomous individuals who value personal freedom and choice above all else.
   
   Growth Capitalist
   Savvy champions of economic growth with a keen sense for maximizing wealth.
   
   Civic Observer
   Open and practically-minded citizens who generally stay out of the political spotlight.

         Yup As said I am curious sort and took it for fun and giggles. I was surprised at how closely it pegged me as well as having disagreements too.
         
         As to what a West Coast Liberal is I think I understand. You rise early, place your surfboard in the bike's rack, and then head to moonlight beach or some such place. You stop at Bump Coffee in your wet suit and sandals for a morning brew chatting with friends about the sets coming upon the shore. Soon, your out there playing with dolphins waiting for that right wave. Fun, fun, fun . . .

            Never surfed, I was born in California, so I have some roots there. I crave the openness, and freedom of expressio, diversity of a San Francisco or Seattle, Washington.  But, I have come a long way since daddy took your T-bird away. Just a dash of Colorado libertarianism for good measure. Maybe just a dollop of the spiritualism found on the Hawaiian islands. Yet, much love is retained for Montana and the freedom associated with its vast open spaces.
            
            I have not developed a palate for quiche, and I still want to have my "whopper" my way.

      Thanks for sharing, IslandBites. I can see you in the descriptors. Plus, it shares about Utopian Virtuoso. I don't know about you, but it gave an hour or more of pondering.
      
      So, what did you think about the specifics with the political traits, party alignment, policy priorities, strengths and weaknesses? The whole report was entertaining. informative, and IMO pegged me. It aligned me with the Democrat Party, though I am registered Independent. I feel I can be a conservative democrat or a liberal republican depending on issues. I don't know if they had more than just two political ideologies or not or if they had others like progressives.

         I agree with the descriptions, for the most part. With this part (Weaknesses
         Sensitivity- You are vulnerable to strong criticism, and it can stay with you for days), I dont necessarily agree.
         
         It also aligned me with the Democrat Party, which Im not. But I can see given the two options, Im definitely (way) more aligned with the Democrat Party.

            Yup, I didn't agree with everything too, but mostly I did especially with the big picture part. All four of my weaknesses I disagreed with and am critical of. That being said I took the test again getting the same results. Oh well.

      I was brave, daring, and courageous posting mine for the 'Example' of what the results would look like and what is covered. I feel it pegged me. Take a peek if curious. The opening paragraph is:

      Civic Observers like to stay out of the political spotlight, (As said pegged me )  while still being open to new information from trusted friends or family.
