economy - recycle all the dumb right wingers who are still bitter at losing wars and elections and turn them into something more useful like portable toilets. This will save money rid the nation of some serious shit

innovation - nuke right wing hotspots, make them all impotent. This will improve the education of future generations of Americans forever.

jobs - take back all the jobs that high flying Republicans gave to their aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, goats, children etc and advertise them across the country, giving everybody an opportunity to get a good job based on their skils and experiences and not because they're related to some crook in City Hall or Congress.

I suspect this will not be the most popular solution.

it's not the average Republican voter who chooses to vote on the basis that the party chiefs are telling the truth (which they rarely do) that trouble me. It's the right wing fundamentalist christians that choose war over peace and power over democracy and claim God is on their side. Those bastards I hate.

So basically you would just do what Obama has done and done poorly.

      You're my new hero.

the President can only do 1 thing to help the economy.

And that is to veto Congressional spending bills.

EVERYTHING ELSE HE DOES is unconstitutional.

Before you say "he shouldn't veto them if we want a better economy!"... yes he should. until someone can explain to me how taking money from me and then giving it to someone else helps the economy, then i'm afraid you'll never win the argument.

So the economy is all about what's best for you and not what's best for the well being of ALL of the people?

Just a wee bit selfish don't you think?

Sorry but I'd be happy to see some of my money go to a place that offers help for  those less fortunate. Guess I just don't get the me me me society.

When you understand nothing about economics or business or  freedom, this is the kind of nonsense you end up trying to foist upon people.

Badtoe, EMOTIONS ARE ALWAYS WRONG when it comes to matters of economics.   It requires thought and careful decisions.   Those two are never a product of Congress.

Excuse us for believing people have a responsibility for their own welfare.  Unfortunate, yes.  Lazy, slovenly, criminal, illegal, NO!

Health care is a huge drain on our economy.  They are interrelated.

his mantra is healthcare, he needs to get more jobs.
Will the healthcare overhaul do that?  He needed a Plan "B" knowing that republicans would not let it pass.
