Tom hasn't posted in 7 days. Maybe he doesn't love us anymore. I hope he's okay and enjoying a vacation somewhere. Does any one out there have any news?

He hasn't posted the obligatory whiney hub that HP moderators have it in for conservatives. So it can't be a ban.

LMC is also absent. They say opposites attract.... Naaahhh its too gross to think about.

AnnCee posted asking about him last week or...?
I figured he was still around.
But yes it's getting curiouser and curiouser.
Coincidence?  Or not?   I hope he's okay too;  he's got a gift for straightforward and lively discussion.

It is possible that he's been banned. He could get a little rank with his opinion at times.

    I hope he's alright.

HubPages should depict the people who are banned in a dunce chair the first time, in stocks the second time and being chained and whipped by a masked woman in tall black boots the third and subsequent times. This would eliminate wasting time on idle speculation and serve as a deterrent like capital punishment.

Why are you suggesting that HubPages mods engage in such disrespectful uncivil inhumane actions?

Lighten up, Brenda. I was merely trying to inject a bit of humor into the discussion. Perhaps you were doing the same?

Your suggestion about the boots and whips would not serve as a deterrent to Ron. Rather the opposite, I suspect.

On the other hand, Ron would be even more fun to watch.

I saw a new hubber using an edward r morrow picture as his icon. Perhaps they are off somewhere duking it out again.

I did not realise we were supposed to enjoy other people being banned.

Each banning diminishes us. It may be necessary but it is sad.

I'm not at all implying anything about the particular Hubber in question (honest), but people have been known to disappear, only to come back as someone else later.  (Kind of the Internet's version of the witness protection program - or something like I guess.  smile  )  (Of course, sometimes the only thing someone wants/needs to protect is his/her own dignity after being a little too vocal somewhere along the way.  big_smile)

Again, not at all implying this about the Hubber in question - just saying, that's all.   smile

Or...coming back under another name to protect oneself because of being persecuted for one's views and/or avatar.  No implication here either. wink
