The secret service is going to interview Ted Nugent for saying if Obama is reelected, by this time next year he will be either dead or in jail.Maybe what he meant is that he would be partying so hard he may dye of cirrhosis or he may get caught drunk driving.

Death threats were made against Bush all the time. No one was ever investigated. This time we have a Democrat president, so investigate. Ted Nugent is a crazy man, but he is not dangerous. All of us who love him know that. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would like to see the president killed, but none of them would really do it. People need to vent sometimes. It's the SILENT ones that kill people. Are the Secret Service leaders that dumb? Look at history. People who kill never get up in public and say they are going to kill someone. What ever happened to profiling?

I just want to clarify, if there was some reason to believe that Ted Nugent is a threat, by all means he should be investigated. I will admit that after listening to him rant away, he got carried away. Passion can do that to people sometimes. IMO, Our nation has gotten to sensitive and politically correct. I hope Ted Nugent is cleared of any suspicion. I admire his work and what his has stood for his whole life.

Threatening the president is a crime in and of itself, it's a class D Felony. so if he made a threat to the president's life he committed a crime and our justice system pursues and investigates crime as it is stated in the law.

I agree, but the Black Panthers putting a bounty hit on George Zimmerman is also a crime. Since nothing is being done, I guess that isn't a crime anymore. I thought it was a crime to threaten anyone. Especially to hire a hit man. Not that I'm saying Zimmerman is innocent, but it's still a crime.

I think it's hilarious.  Maybe it will teach him to stop spouting stupidity.

A couple of the talking heads on t.v. say that what he said must be investigated because it can be taken as a threat to the President of the US. This should be a nice diversion from the Columbian fiasco.

It was the Secret Service agents who were caught patronizing the (legalized) prostitutes in Columbia. Reportedly they had about 20 or 21 ladies of the night. There are a total of about 11 agents under investigation with at least 3 resigning within the last couple of days.

No--he compared him to a coyote that was p*ss*ng on his couch...and what do you do with coyotes? You shoot em!

Hey Mr. President.....Suck On This!(his gun)

Called him a piece of sh*t punk. You know....the usual way you treat a president. That's real patriotism dangon-it.

He was stating he would be in jail or dead as a political enemy and you know good and well that's what he meant.

However the left will never let pass the possibility of turning someone's words into something they were not.
Got Rules for Radicals right on the shelf behind you I am certain.

(1/4) "The Secret Service stopped by to play target practice. Nugent set up bowling pins a few hundred feet away...

(2/4)"(Nugent) took aim w/ a government rifle (the Secret Service let him use) & pretended to shoot the director of Bowling for Columbine...

(3/4) "...'Before I shot, I went, In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit- Michael Moore! And I blew him up. Beautiful!'"
    *************

Odd with such a violence-prone/Macho attitude like that he would avoid the draft. Maybe he just doesn't like it when they shoot back.

Fits with a story I know of him. My brother-in-law is from the Upper Peninsula, Michigan. He says when Wango-Tango (Ted) used to brag about shooting animals--they all knew the real deal. He used to fence them in an area, pretend like he was hunting in the wild, and then kill them.

The point of this hate-rant at Obama is that he said it at an NRA rally....getting a bunch of people with guns riled up does not seem like such a great idea to me.

Oh yeah...saw an article yesterday....the Nuge was paid $50,000 plus expenses for his 2011 NRA speech....

Just IMAGINE what they gave him this year!

Maybe the Secret Service needs to look into Eric Holder's activities a bit more.  Holder keeps sticking his nose into everything that is none of his business on the basis that "justice is served" yet he has all but been ignored for his involvement in Fast and Furious. Any decent leader would have long since sent this man packing. Instead, Obama, uses his jackboots to selectively intimidate those who disagree with his actions.  If he is re-elected, Nugent will not be the only person in deep trouble...there will be millions of us. The secret service's job is not to investigate the attorney general, the secret service's job is to preserve the president's life and to investigate those who threaten it, as did Ted Nugget For a Brain.

This surprised me....but hail to you on this one ms. Shlussel.

    "By Debbie Schlussel

Attention-seeking has-been Ted Nugent is at it again.  He claimed at this past weekend’s NRA convention that if Barack Obama is elected, Nugent will either be in jail or dead.  Neither of which would bother me.  That this hypocritical draft-dodging, child predator father of eight kids with six different women is a “conservative hero” is sheer idiocy and shows that we have as many–or more–morons and double-standardites on the right as there are on the left.  And if you like Ted Nugent, you are one, too."

    and right on time.....

    "Scott Walker Praises Ted Nugent"
"It was fun getting to know him"...Romney.
