No way!  You can aim higher than this guy!  At the very least, he's proven he's unreliable and thoughless (forgetting you and also been in trouble with the law )...Too many red flags!
I think he's lost out even before he's got to date you (And I don't think it's your loss!).

In my youth, I gave women 5 minutes leeway at the appointed time and place, if they weren't there, I just went, and put them out of my mind, plenty more about.
    Forget him.

Not a chance! Two times too many in my opinion. If he wanted to see you so badly then he could have on either of these occasions instead of making up lame excuses. Find a guy who is worth your time and will put you first smile

No, sounds like a terrible man to be involved with. He would do the same if you were in a committed relationship.

Hell no!! What a coincidence that he got arrested on the day of your date, first I heard of as an excuse. What about the second time, the Super Bowl and his mom's birthday, how come he didn't remember that days before your date so he could have called and cancel or invite you to the celebration. He isn't worth your time, if he is a no show right now, imagine how it will be later on.

No!  Respect yourself and do not allow someone else to disrespect you.  If you undertake a relationship with this person, you will get more of the same--not showing up, not calling, never where he is supposed to be---and always what seems like a good excuse.  That is no way to live.  Pass this one up and wait for a decent guy who isn't taken in by the cops.
