   When dating be conversational talk about everyday life activities, sports, people, movies, songs, things you like and dislike,  fears you have and about family. Keep the conversation going by talking about each other. I didn't date much but now looking back I  know  what to talk about

      I agree 100%. First dates are suppose to be FUN! You want to relax and have a good time. When people don't enjoy each other's company there is no 2nd date! Overtime one can ask their important questions but for now it's about building rapport.

   When I meet someone through a dating site, I love to ask what kind of dates that person has been on.  I realize I probably should not ask, but most guys love to tell you about the wackos they've met online.  I used to think only the men that approached me on dating sites were weird, but as it turns out, some of the women on dating sites are just as crazy. 
   
   The weirdest thing someone asked me on a first date was if he could take my picture.  It was quite odd and I felt awkward about it.  The date went downhill from there.  I hope he did not use the photo to make a voodoo doll that looked just like me!
