Not only is it possible, it is good for you. It relieves stress and boosts mood and optimism. In my case, it keeps me somewhat sane.
My readers find that I am dealing with and have dealt with some seriously heavy issues. To balance things out, I have created hubs designed specifically to cause laughter.

Oh yes, definitely! Nothing should deter you once you have an aim. Adversity is just to make you stronger as we know that nothing good comes easily. If we have to go around the mountain, climb the mountain or go through the mountain - we should not let it become a stumbling block in our way. I say just blast the mountain out of the way and keep going.

Marriage proves that it isn't only possible, it is utterly dependent on it and if that isn't enough, raise some teenagers.

Being happy or unhappy is always our choice.the moment we come across any problem ,which is uncontrollable by us the only thing in our control is our reaction.so we can either cry over it or just laugh over. This not only helps to preserve your energy but makes a human more patient and balanced.

Laughing is the best course of action.
Sometimes, well, most times the adversity I come up against is from someone who knows not what they are doing.
    Too me that is funny.
Either a person has entered into an argument or accusation without having the more important facts.
Adversity that comes as an event, I roll with it and laugh at how situations happen that, while we may not like it in the moment are really for the better. It amuses me how things work out.

Yes, it is possible to laugh. In fact, you should. Wallowing in misery will not help solve the problem. Having a good laugh will clear your head and will help you think of brilliant ways on how to deal with the adversity.

Oh absolutely.  Sometimes that is the only way we can survive it.

Good question.  Of course it is possible to laugh at such times, but in the face of real adversity, it may border on hysterics.
On the other hand, smiling in its face is not only feasible, but beneficial, especially if it arises from inner balance and actual fortitude.

    it is, of course.. .
I often find myself laughing at times like I think the world is about to end right before my eyes and at that moment I'm totally sure that I hadn't lose my sanity smile and the Lord has enabled me to do so

Yes it is possible,  though in situations when there is real adversity it may be difficult for people to laugh. However a good laugh can do a world of good to both our mind and body and helps us to tackle any situation in a better way. It helps us to see a better tomorrow.

If I laugh in the face of adversity, that means I am so freaked out that don't know what to do. That means I am totally out of control.
