First day of the new year 2017 will be a unique day according to Numerology.

    Day Number 1
    Month Number 1 (January)
    Year Number 1 ( 2017=2+0+1+7=10=1+0=1).
Thus we see here that all the 3 numbers are the same. This is a rare situation which comes only once in 9 years. In year 2026, you will get the same numbers on first January.

Coming 1st January is unique and important day. On this day you should start a new venture, launch a new project or at least start to right a diary. This day is good for a new announcement, start ups, buying, entering new home etc.

As the single digit total of the full date is 3, (DD+MM+YY) this day is very important and lucky one for everybody and more important to those who are working in the entertainment field, creative activities and those who are team leaders. These people should not miss this date and should start, launch or announce something new.

Actually, any day during the entire year is a good day to start something new because, 2017 equals ONE. The first day of the new year will be a 3 day and very good for a party! The next day will be a 4 day and very good for continuing hard work and building success toward a goal. The next day will be a 5 day and will be very good for happy travels or communication near and far. After that, a 6 day will be good for resting and recuperating in your own home. A 7 day is good for contemplating reality and philosophic truths. On an 8 day you can deal with money matters, paying bills, cashing checks, collecting or paying off debts. A 9 day can be either very good or very bad. Good for ending projects, relationships and crossing off (and doing) the last thing on a to-do list.

Finally, 1 day arrives and it will be the day to begin new projects. Jainismus proclaimed it a day to "start a new venture, launch a new project or at least start a diary. This day is good for a new announcement, start ups, buying, entering new home etc."

This day will be 1/8/2017 Sunday.
But, as I mentioned, I believe any day in the coming year will be good for these things.

Thanks for pointing out the numerological advantage of 2017, Janismus ! smile
