What comes to your thoughts, FIRST...?
......when you need help,or a shoulder to lean on.Help programs,a friend, or God?
It is split between God and family. Since God is family, at least to me, that means I guess family.
When I wake up every morning, the first is to give thanks to God, because I could still breathe fresh air.
Quietness, solitude, a moment alone, so that I can speak quietly with God..........if I need you to sign a form......I come to you.
When I need guideance and direction, a reassesment of myself.....GOD..........I simply trust Him more than I do you.
I can not speak to Him, if you, are calling to me, for help in the background.
It is my nature to address the most immediate need.
I want clear, concise, uninterrupted time with God.
I always turn to God. I learned thru having anxiety attacks, He's the only one that can help me. It's okay to seek out human affection, but we should always seek out God first.
Again, I see the second question as a synonymous one. Or, which is the horse and the cart or all they both one.
For me it is my mom whose support I would like to have it throughout my life. I love her, respect her and above all she is my role model.
I used think of God first because that was what my parents used to tell me since I was young. Your friend might be there to help you in some hard situations of your life but God is always there whatever your situation is. All you need to do is open up mouth and talk to him ( not literally) and of course, you must listen to Him also. God is the kind of friend who will live forever and will stay forever by your side.
