Tell me about an experience that made you believe that there is life after death.
This does not need to be about a near death experience - although that would be amazing. Life offers us profound experiences if we take the time to listen. Are you sure that our soul goes on?
My Mom has made herself very well known to me and several other people after she passed away on January 6th 2010. She has shown herself to us, plays with the TV's turning them to QVC, calls our numbers from her number which is still not in use, turns lights on and off and much more. She has done other things also. She turns the lights off and on in a friends van and opens and closes doors. We have hunted for logical explanations but there are none. Plus all my life I have seen ghosts and other paranormal activity. Check my profile for many of these stories.
Fascinating! Thanks for your answer - and I will check your profile. I'm wondering if there is something your Mom is tring to tell you?
That is really amazing. I am definitely going to check out your profile!
I remember having unexplainable experiences as a child. I think there must have been something happening in our house. My younger brother and I would see things all the time that were not really there and the adults could not see. Before my sister was born, my mom said you could always hear a baby crying in the downstairs bathroom. Once my sister came home from the hospital though, nobody ever heard it again.
I also had an experience once while with my friend who was researching a school that had burned down killing over a hundred students and teachers. We were at the site where the school had stood, there is just a memorial there now. I was angry because it is in a bad area and the memorial was littered with empty beer bottles and all sorts of trash. I started to clean up the area and suddenly I felt as if there were dozens of tiny hands touching me. It was a very strange experience that I cannot explain, but it does make me wonder if I was being touched by the spirits of the children who died there.
There's been many that have happened to me but the one closest to my heart is when my step father died. I was at my mom's the day he died and needed to go into their bedroom. They had 2 small dogs and when I walked into the room the dogs were in there running around, wagging their tails and looking up at something, but nothing was there. They were the only ones in the room when I walked in and I believe that they sensed my dad's spirit.

Please explain near death experiences.I've been reading about them, and have found this out: 1) most of them are positive, where they meet an all-loving Being (God), and loved ones who have passed on before. 2) while suicides may have a similar experience, they risk ending up in a place of...

Each person have experiences unique to him. Variations of human experiences are as many as there are people in this whole world and this is a very good reason why any sensible person should respect every other person because nobody will ever know exactly what this other person can do once provoked....

I have. I was ill one evening, having a colitis attact, and my blood pressure plummeted. I literally died for a few seconds, although it seemed longer than a few seconds to me. I literally, or my soul perhaps, was outside my body watching myself and at the same time I saw the...

Is this all to life: we live, we reproduce, and we die?If we knew without a doubt that life continues after death, would it change how we treat each other?. By the way, is the transmutation of the caterpillar into a butterfly after death any hint to what might happen to us after death? If you think...
