Virgoans are highly discerning and discriminating people, who refuse to take things at face value. They want to know the inner workings of people and situation. They also have very high standards of terms of people, places, jobs, and other situations. They refuse to settle for second best whether it is a person, place, situation, or thing.
Virgoans are also hard, smart workers. They are dependable and hate laziness and slack in themselves and in others. They strongly believe if one undertakes a task, he/she should do it excellent or as near excellent as possible. To the average Virgoan, making a thoughtless mistake is inexcusable, even unforgivable.
Virgoans are highly analytical of the situation at hand. They have the gift of looking at a situation in a thousand ways. They also prize intelligence and refuse to tolerate fools gladly. They can mentally cut through the nonsense and tell it like it is. Some more sensitive souls brisk at this, indicating that this is tactless. But to a Virgoan, the truth is THE TRUTH, TELL IT and if others are offended, well too bad.
Virgoans are not the settling kind. They would rather be alone and/or have few friends than to settle around those who they feel are not their equals. The thought of settling to the Virgoan is quite unnerving to say the least. They are also quite comfortable in being alone as being alone affords them the time to refresh, relax, and refocus.
Virgoans are highly cautious as befitting an Earth sign. They are meticulous planners, carefully assessing the positive and/or negative outcome of any situation before jumping in. To some, Virgoans may be considered slow because of their cautious attitude but such is not the case at all. Remember the adage, fools rush in where angels fear to tread. There is another more apt adage, haste makes waste. Virgoans do not intend to repent and regret because of foolhardy actions.
Virgoans believe in steadfast in relationships. They are not fly by night people. They are believers in being serious and respectful in relationships. To them, romantic relationships should be treated mindfully and respectfully. They are not ones for a string of meaningless affairs but are for relationships that have substance.
