Why did the Devil demand for the body of Moses from Michael?

Tradition had it that the Egyptian Moses killed and hid is a property of the Devil. This had to be replaced like as you kill an ordinary person, your life goes for the life you kill. The Devil's claim that the body of Moses belongs to him arise from the fact that Moses was once an inner member of a cult in Egypt that practice numerous occult religion. But Moses was later called out of the group and reformed by God.

I believe that Satan wanted to get Israel to worship Moses. So Satan was going to use the body in some way (possibly to claim he'd risen from the dead) towards that end.

Egypt in Moses time was already advanced in the occult. All the major training he had, were from the inner circle of the occult world. Being a Prince, his mother also infused in him the right mental attitude of his background in relation to his people. She always infiltrates in him the religion of his people. This training from his mother was so strong that it made him opt to help them in every situation. The killing of the overseer of labor that threatens his town man the climax of his training.

Moses was indoctrinated in the Ancient Egyptian Mysteries while at the same time being taught about the true God?

Yes, that is true. While in Egypt, his first teacher was actually his real mother, though adapted from the river bank by the daughter of Pharoah. Pharoah's daughter asks her maid to look for a nursing mother for the baby Moses. It was Moses mother that was called, and who actually nursed the boy. She is the first instructor in Moses relationship with God. This is the norm in all families before he began his mystical training. Actually, his mother's teaching has taken hold on him, and it serves as comparative studies along with the Mysteries of the Egyptian religions. Thank you.

    Hi Fiberesima,
I agree with you.My question was why did the Devil claim the body of Moses from Michael? Bear in mind tha God had buried Moses.

Hello Jeff, have you read the book of Judes? You will see that it says that Micheal disputes the body of Moses. It seems that during the resurrection when Moses and the saints arose, the Devil came along to claim Moses, as one belonging his inner circle in the occult world or as a replacement for the Egyptian killed by Moses. Thank you.

Yeah,I have read it but your proposition is flawed.Moses killed a man and I think that is why the Devil laid his claim on his body.

Hi, Jeff, could you explain further? Because I realize I had said that. But my explanation seems dual?

Moses killed a man thereby breaking God's commandment of 'Do not kill'. This was before he was given the commandments though. The Devil knew that God hated people killing each other.God wanted people to live in peace while the Devil wanted to cause chaos and anarchy.

Hello, Jeff, in this case, has the Devil any right to claim the justice of God? Why then did Micheal shourt: "The Lord rebuke thee, the Lord rebuke thee, O Satan,' In the book of Judes? Thank you.

The Devil was trying to usurp God's Authority in claiming the body of Moses.Michael told him off because before he fell, Lucifer was his boss.
