Who watches Hockey?
I try to watch as much Hockey as I can whether its the NHL or College Hockey because I love the physical play on the ice.
You are speaking my language...I love watching hockey and plan on watching the Frozen 4 DI and DIII games. I went to a Hershey Bears AHL game recently and hope to get to a Flyer NHL game before this short season is over...You know what was really cool? I recently watched a DIII college game played outside and it snowed...great question and cheers
We're both big hockey fans in this house.
My wife is a huge Montreal Canadiens fan and when I got into hockey three years ago, I chose the Bruins (Not knowing of their 'history' with Montreal.) Needless to say, that wasn't brilliant for matrimonial harmony, and I have since changed allegiance to The Penguins, who I think are great.
I've been to see NHL games in Europe a few times and also seen a couple in the US - Awesome! I'm moving to the US later this year and looking forward to catching a lot more NHL, AHL and ECHL games - It's a magnificent sport!
In our home I cheer for Chicago and my wife cheers for Vancouver LOL Makes for some intersting nights, my sympathies!!
I follow the Pittsburgh Penguins as often as I can. Loved their win tonight over the Capitals. Been a hockey fan all my life, ever since I played street and deck hockey when I was younger. Go Pens!

Oh yeah I watch hockey. I watch it real close because if not I might miss something. Like last night when the Penguins scored 5 goals in the 2nd period. I hope ajwrites57 and Paul Maplesden didn't get up and get a beer or something during that awesome 2nd period.
And I'm impressed by the hockey ice girls. At least they do something besides jump and down like football and basketball cheerleaders.
BLACKANDGOLDJACK--that face still scares me...Ionly listened on the radio last night so I missed the hockey girls (
Go Pens!
And I'm in the UK, so watched it this morning - Great game though.
Go Flyers! There are just playing possom right now, and letting all the other team splay themselves out.
I enjoy watching hockey. Living here in Chicago - cheering The Blackhawks. They are having a great season. Go Hawks!
:-) You never know...but Chicago is awesome this year! Go Hawks!
They got out of the gate well, but who says that they will finish as well as they started?
I do!:-) They will take it all the way to the finish line with the championship! Hawks rule!
I watch some hockey, and I liked it. I've only gone to one hockey game before.
Watching hockey is good for you! Based on scientific research, (mine) hockey gets your blood flowing to amazing levels and 'cause you to leap to your feet for additional exercise. Just thought I'd share! For once I agree with number2son!
Come on. We agree that the Pirates stink don't we?

Flyers vs Penguins - care to pick?
by mrpopo 14 years ago
A few lucky goals thanks to Fleury, but an otherwise solid performance I'd say.First the President's Trophy winners, then the reigning Stanley Cup champions...Everyone thought they'd be cannon fodder, but yet here they are. We've lost arguably our biggest influence in Game 1 of the series, but even...

What is the greatest sports game you ever watched? It doesn't matter what the sport is: football, baseball, basketball, soccer, hockey or golf. Fans have seen a game or match that they believe to be the greatest ever played. Which one is yours?
