   Both of them got their qualities.. but if I would have to choose.. probably Rooney. Even though I think Tevez will shine in City.

         Rooneys exevution is far better than tevez look at the goals this year and the last few years hes got over 14 every season. Both very very good [layers tho

   Both are very good but it would have to be Wayne Rooney with out a doubt, so I think Alex Ferguson's decision to not sign Tevez might not have been great but it certainly was not wrong, time will show that Rooney will be a far greater player in the future

   Rooney obviously. I rarely seen him out of form, he never gives up, he play with his heart on his sleeves and his a great playmaker and goal scorer.

    Both are top quality players though Rooney is undoubtedly better in skill and finishing, but tends to lose his temper...but after watching Tevez score the penalty against United even after taunts from his old teammates, I feel Ferguson made a really big mistake by selling him.

    This is a no-brainer. It would be Rooney everytime! His four goals yesterday showed what he is capable of. Plus he is loyal and not a mercenary like Tevez.

    They are different players. Rooney is the better player I agree, but you cannot disagree that Tevez is the more tenacious and perhaps skillful of the two. Rooney's recent heading form shows he can easily add more strings to his bow though.

    when i saw tevez in the last world cup he lokked like rooney on speed. If fergie had given up berbatov for tevez i wouldnt be chewing my nails with 2 games to go.
