Have you ever heard of a brand of toilet paper called Mama Love 555?
The first place that I've ever seen this type of toilet paper was at a Motel 6 in Bakersfield, California, and since then I've never seen it in stores or anywhere else.
No, but I live on the east coast which may be why. Unless they are over here and I just have not been in the proper store. I never stay at motels.
I found out there are stories on twitter and facebook about it. I do not know if they mean anything.
555 is normally associated with Vietnam. It is just like a lucky combo of numbers and so is used in marketing. The lack of an s also suggests that origin.
I look forward to authority cluing us in on this.
I've seen this type of toilet paper in Motel 6's in California too.
I found it at my local Latin grocer. 5.99 for 12 rolls. Good deal. I live in Albuquerque. They also had a lot of other "unheard of" brands of bulk pkg TP. Try a local Latin grocer by you if there's one available. Hope that helps. Maybe I should start selling it online? Hehehe.
Interestingly enough, I also have a healthy respect for Mama love 555. I first fount this unique unicorn in a hotel in Button Willow California and have been tracking it around the world. The details of this quest are complicated and far reaching. More details to follow.

Which way should a toilet paper roll be put "on"? Over the top? From the bottom? Does it matter? Some say, that the way a person treats his or her toilet paper roll, explains a lot about their personality. I for one, insist on going over the "top", and will even...
