    Hi Peggy,
I loved your write-up about Rivers Oaks Park. I found Little Free Library and Wishing Trees especially fascinating. The pumpkin carriage was spectacular too. It's good to know you and your husband walk around the park trail four times to a get a mile's exercise. That is really good for health. I found the facilities in this park quite stunning. Thank you for sharing.

    Peggy...
This park sounds so amazing.   I wish our community would come together like that and make our parks better.
We have a splash pad for kids in summer but there are bullys that even ruin that...then there are people who go there to use drugs and leave needles behind.

Pumpkin Park is a community effort. I loved the video which shows how they restored and made it better.

Then the wishing tree....all your pictures were great.  Even the tennis courts.

We have a trail which i tjink is at least a mile if i walk the long one...but if I go i stick with the small circular one now.
Ron and I used to walk there alot and I really need to get back to doing it.

Thanks for this wonderful write and sharing this park with us.
