The voice of God, the voice of the Devil, the voice of your parents, the voice of your friends, the voice of associates. Your voice is the choice you make, and you only going to make two choices the choice of God are the choice of the Devil. If you make the choice of you parents,  friends, and associates in christ, you made the right choice, but, if you make the choice of your parents,  friends, and associates outside of Christ you make your on choice or the choice of the Devil.

There are no voices in my head. My conscious activity recognizes my conscience, which is something more religious folk have been told to deny exists.

The human consciousness and conscience is how we live. No god required. hmm

ahem.... "which is something more religious folk have been told to deny exists"   lol

christianity is all about conscience. In fact, conscience is all a person has until God comes along. Many sear their consciences with a hot iron and create scar tissue over what once was tender flesh.

we are not told to deny our consciences
Acts 24:16   And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
Romans 9:1   I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost,
Romans 13:5   Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.
1 Timothy 3:9   Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience.

we are well aware of our consciences, sorry to show an untruth in your statement.

Peanut Gallery Cagsil. "The voice in your head" is a thought. And at last we finally agree. You don't have a single thought in your head. Haj: ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME!smile

If we do not hear anything new in our heads cause we are waiting for ourselves to say something purposeful   ???????

Who can we blame when we miss out?

The voices in your head are the neurons vying for prominence.

No Sir. You have based your observation upon the fact that the subject believes in your god. Try listening to the voice of reason and many myths will begin to fall by the way. Dare to turn your back on the superstitions that have held you back and you will become the person your god fears the most....A thinker.

THERE ARE 3 VOICES IN MY HEAD ...
    " ME, MYSELF, AND I. "
    NUFF SAID !

    I hear 3 at night,
First: "Mom, I need your bus pass."
    Second: "What's for dinner?"
    Third: "Mia-a-a-a-yyyy!"

In the morning luckily just: "Mia-a-a-yyy!"

Dare I ask what "Mia-a-a-a-yyyy" is?
It sounds painful on the ears!

How many voices are speaking to me?
I never counted, but there's an unruly committee up there, to be sure.
They tell me never to go up in your head alone. It's a dangerous neighborhood and the do drive-bys and stuff tongue

We take in a lot of opinions and internalize them.
"Facts" are usually chosen to serve another goal - it's called "spin".
As far as The Bible, it helps to read it.
    We need to be aware.

I'm pretty much resistant to most other people's opinions.  lol   That may make me a kind of obnoxious and stubborn person, but it does leave me with only one voice in my head - which is kind of nice.   smile  As far as I'm concerned, one head ought to equal one voice in it.    smile

If a doctor holds the business end of a stethoscope to his temple, will he hear the voices in his head? wink

If the same doctor places the listening end of the instrument upon the anus of the patient and repeats what he hears, whose a$$ is he talking out of?
