      This would depend on whether or not it would be recommended. However, plenty of men do prefer natural body over implants.
      
      But, there are also a portion who don't care regardless.

       I would but I have no use for them because I'm a man!  All kidding aside where's the dignity and self purpose if you are willing to alter yourself simply for the liking and pleasure of someone else - man or woman.  Improvement of the attitude and self perception can only come through improving yourself because YOU want it to happen.  That's where your power is!  Friends and lovers come and go, but you must remain and live with yourself for all eternity.  Do and be as what will brighten your spirits the most.

            There was a guy who actually tried that.  I remember hearing it on the news maybe a year or so ago.  He wanted his wife to pay him back for her implants or have them removed... something stupid like that.

      People obviously have the right to do what they want; and I don't want to turn this thread into "all that serious".   If someone really wants/needs implants it's up to them.
      
      Still, I kind of hate to think women are trying to attract me by dressing in a way that calls attention to "certain body parts" (and by getting surgical procedures).  I always told my daughter that about 50% of the population has those same body parts; and there's no doubt men will look at them.  I think the real trick is to know you can attract men without using/"highlighting" the "lowest common denominator body parts".
      
      Of course, I'm of the generation that wanted to be flat-chested like Twiggy and Cher and models in the 1970's fashion magazines; and ideas about what's "good" change as fashion trends do.   I'm not sure I'd get implants (or whatever procedure) based on  the latest trend - but that's just me.

      Manly Man says--most women would be better off sticking with Mother Nature! Many manly men are not attracted by big breasts. If you do have surgery, find the best surgeon and don't go overboard on size. Nothing is worse than woman whose breasts are out of proportion to the rest of her body.

               I was 24 when I moved to China, and I daresay have conducted a lot more 'research' in this area than a 'mature' gentleman like yourself.
               
               I don't doubt that there are more enormous sized bras in stores in the US and UK - because there are so many more grossly overweight women there. But that's a different issue altogether.

   IMHO men who want you only because you have big boobs are not worth your time.
   
   IMHO big boobs may attract men, but the quality of men attracted goes down with the size of the boobs.
   
   
   Naturally, nature had to endow me with big boobs and the men attracted to me are only attracted for ONE reason.  They don't want to acknowledge I have a brain and can think for myself.  They don't want to accept I am capable of saying NO and meaning it.  They don't want to listen to anything I have to say, they are only thinking of ONE thing.
   
   If you want to be thought of as a slut by men, go for it.  If you are looking for happiness with men, try something else.

    Hmmm...I think I could live off 8,000 pounds for almost a year with very little work.
    
    I think a man should be interested in a woman for who she is...boobs, large or small, are a bonus on the package - not the whole enchilada.
    
    I think our society, by pressuring women to have breast enlargements, tummy tucks, face lifts, etc. has found another way to subject women and undervalue themselves. It also teaches women (and young girls) to be terrified of the natural, beautiful process of aging and maturing.
    
    I think the risk of surgery is too great to undertake for solely cosmetic reasons.
    
    These are my opinions only. You are certainly free to do whatever you feel is best, but I am sure that you are a beautiful person...and a man who would want you only for your boobs really isn't worth your time.

             While I see your point, I think part of the problem is that women think they "need" even a single man (of course, men are also subject to thinking they need a woman as well).
             
             It seems to me that people ought to be autonomous/independent and be in relationships NOT based on need (or, god forbid, looks ), but on friendship, desire, happiness shared, etc...No power plays, no dependency...a woman does not NEED a man, just like a man does not NEED a woman. Indeed, until one has achieved autonomy, having a woman or man, as far as I can tell, can actually be detrimental to one's healthy development. We allow our use of language to have these effects on our minds - and then we end up with young women who want to essentially mutilate themselves out of an illusion of need. Among other things.
             
             But that's just my opinion.
             
             
             ETA: Ironically, as soon as I submitted that, Neil Young's "A Man Needs A Maid" popped into my head.

    I know someone who got breast implants. She had to get them done twice. The first time, one of her breasts ended up being a good four inches higher than the other. The second time, the silicon actually hardened. Now, when you hug her, it feels like a sharp rock is being pushed into your chest. I'll admit they look nice, but I don't know many people who enjoy hugging sharp pointy rocks.
    
    Not to mention the fact she has now become addicted to plastic surgery. Tomorrow she's going in to have her toes straightened!

    BUT! doing it to please men is the wrong reasons, Im doing this for me, and me only, since ive had a baby they arnt as full and perky as they used to be and after loosing 10kg i went from a nice D cup to a B cup.
    You should never change who you are for someone else, Do it for you and you only! Not all men prefer big boobs, My man is happy with what I have, but im not so he said if it will make me happy than do it, But he still tells me it doesn't matter either way. If a guy you're going for is judging you because of you're boob size, than he isnt worth you're time.

    In all seriousness, I never developed breasts unless during pregnancy or breast feeding. I have and autoimmune disorder where I am severely allergic to my own hormones. I had to devise my own all natural estrogen treatment to literally avoid death. My husband fell in love with all of me including my completely flat chest but he sure did like my boobs and butt after giving birth. Hard to have either with no body fat and weighing 108 pounds. I always did want a breast job for myself. I am pretty happy with my body after having 3 babies, breast feeding, etc. but I did have insecurities about my 32A  little saggy boobs. I do understand your desire if it is to please yourself.           Yes, I'm pretty happy with it! Remission and breast growth to top it off, ha,ha. I'm very petite anyways so little boobs match my frame. I can't wait to see how much I actually end up growing as I put on weight. I'd be happy with 34C bra. Sorry, can't give you more now, lol, it's not exactly and over nite process. I'm growing more now than when I actually did go thru puberty. I am truly thrilled!!! I do get very, very sore and lumpy from mammary gland and tissue development, about 10 days a month, but I don't care as long as the cream keeps working and I stay healthy! When the growth stops the pain and lumps will go away and I'll have a whole new set of perky boobs, lol.

    Be careful" because your mother and your father did not give  these breast to you, and any time were doing things to ourself that is artificial there are always health concerns: just think about it as you age your body will change and will ultimately become more irritated by this unnatural material that's in it!     We live in a society of vanity.  If a person is so concerned about what others think of their image then they really should seek some kind of counseling before hitting the knife.  It just makes sense.  What doesn't make sense is to intentionally put artificial plastics into your body in the interest of cosmetics.

    What size would you change it into? I hope it isn't too big, to be honest, breasts that are too big for your size or body frame doesn't look good. And I also hope you're not doing it because someone told/encouraged you to do it. Think it through so you won't regret it God Bless!

    My dream boobs are 'C's.'  If I could pick that's what I would choose. I'm a D/DD thanks to genetics, but I'd prefer a C, shopping is easier. My friend just got implants, I was against it, but they look fantastic.

    Okay, so ya wanna pay 8 grand for bigger boobs to satisfy some men that may or may not like or appreciate such a change.  Go for it if that's what makes ya happy, but how much you willing to pay for someone to hold them boobs up when gravity takes over in old age and they sag to your knees??!
