My Two Year Hubpages Anniversary!

   Dear Fellow Hubbers and Friends,
   
   I'm celebrating my two year anniversary with Hubpages! 
   
   The most poignant thing I can say is that when I published my first hub, and received my first response, I suddenly felt connected to a community.  It is great to have this medium of self-expression and interaction with interesting people who write.
   
   I'd like to thank the great people who have made Hubpages possible and the wonderful folks who have become my online friends.  If I were to mention names I might forget someone, so all of you who have helped me, supported me, responded to my posts, commented on my hubs, read my hubs and joined my "fanclub", I'd like to express my appreciation.
   
   There are several people who have been especially supportive whom I'd like to mention here:  SunSeven, Livelonger, Some Like It Scott, Patty Inglish and our long-lost Iounn.  I hope to meet you one day!!!

      I have not yet reached the two year mile stone but i echo everything you said, including the  fellow hubbers you mentioned and then some, whom I too would love to meet!
      
      
      I think if we were to have a Hubpage get together we would have to meet on a boat, preferable on a world cruise as we are all in many parts of the world,. This would be something I could and would enjoy looking forward to...
      
      
      
      Maybe one day the Hubpage staff will buy a big yaught and come and pick us all up Hint Hint!!

    Ah! Cory, time passed too fast?! Time spent wisely. I do not think I would have survived or persisted this long on any other site. Jimmy, the Pauls, Jason and jreitz (is he still around?) were the guiding stars when we started out.

    Hi well done, I remember your avatar, and responding to a question the first day I came on here.... I have a seagull flying around my house guarding me, (i actually like to believe) I wrote a poem about the seagull and about hub pages, called Under The Same Sky.... from your comments about connecting and your avatar, I would say we see things about hub pages very much the same.... I have only been here two months though...
