The bible refers to the believer as a sheep. Any believer who accepts the bible as truth accepts being a sheep. Do sheep have individual minds?
Jesus said, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand" (John 10:27-28, NKJV).
John 21:17 He said to him the third time, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me?’ Peter felt hurt because he said to him the third time, ‘Do you love me?’ And he said to him, ‘Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Feed my sheep.
"For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture,
and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his
voice,"
Psalms 95:7, KJV
"Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made
us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep
of his pasture."
Psalms 100:3, KJV
"When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the
holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of
his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and
he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd
divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the
sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left."
Matthew 25:31-33, KJV

What is it like being a non thinking sheep? Ignorance is bliss right?
The basis for your argument is flawed. Where in the bible does it say you must be unthinking? All of your quotations only allude to the idea that we are watched over and cared for, and have nothing to do with questioning and searching for answers. The fact that we have intelligence available means we should use it to question and analyze. That does not mean that we must automatically disbelieve.
I use to be a sheep. I was miserable. I truly thought I was supposed to judge myself and others and be happy. Never was happy and almost committed suicide.
Since I "left the heard," I have been way more spiritual and happier with life. I actually have see life for what it is and know there is a deeper meaning than one person or entity judging my actions.
I was a bad, bad sheep ![]()

It doesn't say, but you must be 'unthinking' to believe all those fairy tales !
The only thing I really took from all of that is "Feed my sheep"
I think when people are young, in school, it can be easy to consider themselves sheep. They are in an environment of learning, not so much thinking independently. I got all the way to high school myself, before my own brain stopped seeing teachers as all-knowing people who should not be argued with.
I might be way off base thinking this, but it was my own experience.
If I had not by that point already throw away the bible (secretly), I can imagine that being a sheep would have become a foundation of my faith.
Then again that didn't happen so maybe my imagination is stretching things a bit.
I'm just trying to understand the idea, myself...

Sheep don't need to think when the sheppard thinks for them! How much individual thinking is required in a grouped taught belief?

unthinking - yet another new word today. I like it
Like your new pic tantrum
Automatically disbelieving is the same thing as automatically believing. In either case, there is no thought involved.
Having said that, how can a person believe some parts of the bible but not other parts? It's a complete contradiction. How can the "sacred knowledge" not be true throughout?

Everyone reads the Bible to suit their beliefs.
The sacred knowledge is not in there, but within ourselves.
If people can't see that....
All those long bible qotes everywhere meaning NOTHING !
