Sweetiepie's newest avatar is a picture taken next to the poster from one of the most beautiful places on earth, Moorea Island. Next to her you can also see a small picture of a tropical scene that she made with colored pencils. The deep blue and other vibrant colors are very important to Sweetiepie because she loves to experiment with color in her artwork.
Sweetiepie is a sunloving Southern Californian girl who loves warm weather and warm smiles. She is often referred to as "a walking encyclopedia" by her friends because of her extensive knowledge of history, obscure events, and scenes in movies and books. Sweetiepie enjoys exploring topics such as: painting, history, popular culture, literature, reading, woodburning, and many other activities that would be too long to list here. She took a couple of art classes in college, but she mostly paints, draws, sketches, and woodburns things that she likes to look at. Her art style is all her own, but she enjoys every piece she makes whether it is a painting, a wall hanging, or a card for her special niece and nephew. Sweetiepie enjoys writing about a variety of topics, but for the most part she enjoys writing hubs on crafting ideas and hopes to provides hours of free entertainment for people on a budget. Why spend hundreds of dollars on going when you can stay home, safe money, and spend quality time with your family making arts and crafts. Years from now you children will remember the time they spent with you doing something fun and worthwhile, such as making paper snowflakes and handmade cards, rather than staring at some movie everyone will probably forget. Movies are great and I write about those too, but I truly believe in getting people back into doing hands-on activities together, or even if you are by yourself.
