1 pound sliced potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper
Cream(any brand) or milk-your choice
Salt and Pepper or I use seasoning salt
Mix all and place in a glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until potatoes are done.
This dish is so good for something a little different. I make it for Thanksgiving and Christmas and it has been a big hit with my family every year. It is almost like Scalloped Potatoes but not quite. Happy eating!
