Actually this question section isn't to be handled as a forum, so its actually for people looking for help on hubpages. I learned that the hard way here. If you assume something almost 95% of the time you'll be wrong about it.
Hubpages is a powerful community, and if you effectively communicate with others the system will respond as well to you, over time handling those who fall out of line as well & with our help of course. This is my findings thus far while using such a neat system as hubpages.
To answer this question directly, maybe there should be rules & guide lines delivered to us all, prior to choosing the option to ask & answer a question. Than if someone were to somehow violate the Q&A system rules, then and only then should it be deemed necessary to call out someone for doing wrong or inappropriate behavioral activities, such as creating a question that lacks integrity of the Q&A area overall.
You can also look up the rules of engagement here on hubpages to see any and all limitations you may run into as time goes along. This is my take on the issue of reading into a question, many questions are so vague its tough to decipher sometimes as to what the person is really asking. In that case I simply skip the question.
This question has the potential to be removed, but I'm only judging by my past experience, plus I've also read that you shouldn't answer your own questions. Just a tip from the wise :)
