Hark! HP found a broken link in one of my hubs. I fixed it. I'm exhausted now, so I'll take a nap.

Moved a third of a euthanized hub to Blogger.

Is blogger new for you? Or have you always had a blog. Just curious about the exodus of euthanized Hubs.

oh, I painted garden bench today, and made a pot of chili (and ate chili) and had a nap.

        1. snakeslane profile image85
snakeslaneposted 12 years agoin reply to this

Those profile updates are misleading. If you look again you will see that 23 hours ago someone followed her, (and that is referred to as 'last seen') but actually she hasn't been seen for 13 or 14 days when she commented on a Hub. edit: (sorry nine days ago)

edit: Just worried because the last few posts here were to do with medical problems (picking up prescriptions, seeing doctor).

Fighting with my printer for two days...Installed all new ink cartridges, but somehow changed color settings, will only print in pale green. Have to send out a pale green resume (at least it will stand out from the regular black and white) LOL. Pretty much having a nervous breakdown over this. Arghhh

    1. timorous profile image81
timorousposted 12 years agoin reply to this

Just relax, snakeslane. You just put one or two of the cartridges in the wrong slots. Once you get that right, it should be fine, although you'll have to do a bit of test printing to clear the wrong inks from the print head. Good luck with that. smile

  34. snakeslane profile image85
    snakeslaneposted 12 years ago

Thanks for the tip. I checked that, but nooo, it's the line, the black ink is not getting through. I cleaned the contacts, but still no black. Green it is. Read somewhere I could take out the drum and soak it in water. No idea how to do that. Time for a new printer? The black ink cartridge is bigger than the rest, does not fit in the color slots, tried that too. hmm

I like Linked In a lot. If you get involved in discussions, it can take up your time like FB does, but it's more interesting, in a way. Professional discussions, rather than social ones. It's a good place to showcase my more professional hubs. I get a read every once in awhile (lol).
