As an aside, I set up my Zazzle store today- Discovered where I could find free, high quality images to use- learnt how to remove backgrounds from images with free editing software. Discovered how to merge two images, learnt how to use the clone tool. And, placed two new products in my store! I'm knackered!

Good Morning All! I have been absent for a few days to welcome my new grandson. He is the first great-great grand baby to both sides of my family. It was an exciting moment for us all.
Today (while I have a few moments,) I plan to read as many hubs as I can. Then it will be off to do some organizing before heading out to help my sister. I am a couple of days behind my set goals for this month, but it was worth it to enjoy the new baby.

        1. Marcy Goodfleisch profile image83
Marcy Goodfleischposted 12 years agoin reply to this

Maybe it depends on what you wear and how you behave otherwise.  If you're slacking on the computer, wearing a torn T-shirt and shorts (better yet, PJs), and you have the TV going and the dishes still aren't done, and you haven't picked up the empty drink cans from yesterday, and you just happen to drop by a hub and fiddle with it, that probably doesn't violate the core values.  After all, you're using hubs as a way to slack off the other stuff.  Good job!  (Or however slackers would term it).

If I am still in my PJs (trust me on that one), coughing like crazy, messing with the computer and avoiding anything more strenuous than filling my water glass, and maybe I somehow JUST HAPPEN to write a line or two, that's probably still slacking, right?

So far I've created 20 laptop sleeves- but really frustrating because even though the designs are showing, the number of items in the electronics department does not appear to have increased. I like to see the numbers rise, it is inspires me to create more.
