checking the stats in one of my hubs today i found that I have had visits from a site called office.hubpages.com, I wonder if the site is being given a makeover have a look for yourselves.....jimmy
http://office.hubpages.com/
Interesting........it is behind the current version though. I noticed my fans was from about 10 fans ago and my hubviews was about 500 views ago. Wonder what the deal is?
I would believe it is a work in progress, without the details plugged in-- Jimmy can find out anything. I like the look of it so far.
wow -- it's a really nice mock up of a new design for HubPages -- I like!
Nice find Jimmy, so we can go and take a peek time to time, just to know what is ahead
Looks good and yes the updates are from a week ago. It doesn't show my hubs though.
Probably a test site that HP HQ are working on in secret. And now the secret is blown!
I like the look of this: http://office.hubpages.com/topics/knowl … sophy/3779
I did get there via one of my hubs, by clicking on the categories that were along the top. But I liked the layout of it and the way it presented hubs of a similar theme. I just wanted to click through and check them all out (ones other than just mine ).
Glad you all liked it. We had to close down access down because we didn't want our test site to be crawled by search engines. We'll be rolling out these changes soon, and we'll post some screen shots in the forums today for those that missed their chance to see it live ...
Getting ready to post these now
(drum roll please....)
I didn't get to see it. ~ Can't wait to see the screen shots!!!!
what would be username and password?i cudnt login in this????
A lot easier to manouver around on,and looks more professional.
Seems like page content is over running the page footer. Is this a flaw or just my brower?
The profile area is covered by ads on all viewed hubs using Flock browser, which is a Firefox platform.
I use Firefox, usually. The ads on the profile pages seem larger and more prominent than before.
I kind of hate having the anti-aging wrinkle remover ones on my page . . . but perhaps it does save them posting a "before" picture on the ad.
That ad is following me all over the place, it's on my Blogger and it's on my Today blog, and now here...
Love the new look! Impressive! Can't wait to 'boast' among my contacts, with my next hub.
Functionality is great but I HATE the look and feel.
Go on everybody, shoot me...

I have been hub hopping lately and I am disgusted with the incoherent garbage that I am coming across - nothing but poorly translated articles of about 400 words, usually without even any formatting. I would say that more than half of the articles I randomly encounter are clearly nothing but spun...

I've been flagging these low quality but high traffic hubs all night. In order to make decent hubbers jobs easier can you clean these out in one swoop or at least do away with the sexy photo topic page and stop featuring these hubs:<snipped>Thank you in advance.

I decided not to leave hubpages but since my traffic was split in half several months ago it seems as if my subdomain is struggling to get back up.We all know that Google, the internet master, prefers niches sites over content farms (sites with multiple subjects). Given the newest update and...

Thanks to ThatMommyBlogger for finding this site and bringing it up in another thread. I think it deserves its own thread to warn HP writers. It looks like a site called 2uidea-dot-com is taking newly published hubs and putting them up as their own at a rapid pace. It appears they have filled their...

Perhaps this is old hat and I didn't read the memo, but just wanted to let you know (I informed HubPages) that web host service dot org has hacked HubPages. http : // webhostservice . org/ They have inserted their url into every one of my Hubs.
