Hello HubMobsters, hope you all had a great Easter weekend. I am sure you did and to top it up the good news are that the Easter HubMobs reached a peak 7700+ views last week. Sweet isn't it?
Want more good news? Ryan Hupfer just told me that he is choosing the highest score hub of last week's HubMob and blogging about it. And the winner is: Dottie's Inexpensive and unusual gifts for men Congratulations Dottie! check the blog
Starting this week we are going to start using the HubMob to fill in some of the new categories that do not have many hubs yet but do have a great potential. This way the HubMobs created in that category will have the amazing opportunity to be featured on the category page. Check last week's topic on men on the category page to give you an idea. This means that if you are one of the first Hubbers to write on the proposed category, your hub will be on the front page as a featured hub when someone looks for that category giving you and your hubs more exposure which means more views to your hubs.
So here we go, this week's HubMob Topic is: Children and Baby apparel
Some of the sub categories you could write a HubMob about are:
To join this week's HubMobplease follow the steps below:
1. click this link and answer the Request that I entered in for all of you HubMobsters.
2. Choose a relevant title for your HubMob To get a good ranking in the search engines make your title relevant to your hub content and avoid starting your title with "Weekly HubMob"
3. If necessary change the category for your hub according to your content.
4. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/request/11675/best?new/&rss
5. Add the Baby HubMob graphic to your Hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week.
6. After you publish your HubMob Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why. Take advantage of the free publicity!
7. Keep track of your Hub and keep us updated on any traffic that you're getting and post some screenshots if you end up HubMobbing a few search keywords over on Google.
Yep, that's about it - have fun writing your HubMob Hub this week and please let us all know if you have any questions. Have fun, you crazy HubMobsters.
Wow!! Such a cute topic for this week. I am a new hubber, so I am gonna start with trying my hand on this week's hubmob for my first hub.
Welcome to HubPages and to the HubMob loneacorn, we'll be looking forward to your first Hub
Do not forget to follow steps 1 to 7 to take part in the HubMob, it is very important to start your HubMob clicking on the ANSWER THE REQUEST link.
If you have any questions, feel free to come back here with it, we'll be happy to help.
These days every one is becoming fashionable. Right from infants to oldies. And fashion industry has some great trends to offer for ever age. This week's topic for kids is a great selection Princessa. I am sure Moms will come up with some great hubs.
I am so excited about this hubmob topic! What a fantastic idea.
Done one! Now onto the next! Are we suppose to tell you anywhere about these?
I love this topic! I have never written a hubmob before, so this will be my first go at it.
Here's my link. http://hubpages.com/hub/Socks-and-your-baby
I wrote this because as a mother of four, I understand socks and babies.
Got another one

Here's my last one, hope it's not too late.
Frieda, you're now live in the hub: Oh Baby, Have We Got a HubMob for You!
Congrats on being the first hub, Frieda!
By the way, nothing is showing up in the feed. Maybe it's just me.
Yea, I noticed that too and I keep redoing it. Are we sure that the feed is written properly. Let me know if you have any feedback on this. The list shows up on my sidebar, but not the feed.
Okay...I really messed up...
I misunderstood and wrote a hub but didn't start from the request a hub page. Is there any way I can change it to answer the request?
Hi circusmama, welcome to the HubMobs
The only way is re-starting again answering the request (so your hub can be automatically included in the RSS feed).
If you don't feel like re-starting again you can always create another HubMob -you have until Sunday night to do it.
Best of luck and have fun writing your HubMob Hub
Thanks Princessa...I had a feeling I would have to do that. I have another idea though, so now I'll just have to find time to pull it together!
Next time I won't make the same mistake.
Here is my entry,
http://hubpages.com/hub/Baby-Clothes--S … Smart-Boys ...Enjoi!!!
I've added your hub to Oh Baby, Have We Got a HubMob for You!
I am starting to get baby hungry with all the cute baby HubMobs we are getting this week. Aren't you?
I've just posted my third hub, so please tell me if I've missed any of the directions for placing it in the right place, RSS feed, etc. As a parent of MANY young boys, this is an excellent topic to write on. I love it.
So I decided to write on the Snugglette - the Snuggie for Children. Here is my link
http://hubpages.com/hub/Introducing-Snu … r-Children
Okay I wrote my first Hub on this topic! I wrote about Swaddles because they completely saved my life for the first months of my daugher's life. Here it is http://hubpages.com/hub/All-Baby-Swaddl … ated-Equal
I rewrote mine to answer the question this time Thanks Frieda for your help!
Mine is New Baby Clothing Necessities at http://hubpages.com/hub/New-Baby-Clothing-Necessities
By the way, I'd love a baby sandwich too! That picture was so cute!
That is great! thanks for taking the time to re-do the Hub to answer the request. Now you are officially part of the HubMob!
Oops, sorry sircusmama, I missed this earlier. You're very welcome. Glad I could help!
The HubMob hub has been updated.
Oh Baby, Have We Got a HubMob for You!
Ok I have just completed my first hubmob hub. Unforunately really messed up on the url, will learn from that mistake.
Here it is
Grobag baby sleeping bags
feel free to let me know what you think.
Mine is pretty short, but still here it is. http://hubpages.com/hub/HubMob-Weekly-T … by-apparel
Geez! I looked at the cute picture and totally missed the hub URL first time past. I've added you now, Princess, sorry.
All the new additions have been added.
Oh Baby, Have We Got a HubMob for You!
I finally finished mine. Seems like it took forever to complete though! I hope it's original enough... I had two ideas but the other one was being done so I did this one instead. Took quite a bit of research that I needed to do anyway since I want to CD with the next baby and we're trying to conceive!
Hey look at this, some of your HubMobs are already featured articles under the
Kid & Baby Clothes category page
circusmama, Frieda Babbley, charanjeet kaur, Brooke, Nolimits Nana ans Shirley Anderson are already front page when someone looks for kids clothes. Well done
That's my baby on the front page! Isn't he cute!!!!!
Everyone's hubs are looking great! This is an awesome topic!
Here's mine for this week!! I wanted to do something different, and a little fun.
I wrote on wool diaper covers, my favorite piece of baby clothing:
Remember that we will be choosing ONE of your HubMobs to be featured in the Hubpages blog.
Last week Ryan Hupfer blogged about Dottie's HubMob, see: http://blog.hubpages.com/2009/04/the-be … s-for-men/
Who is going to be the next "Best of the HubMob"?
Mine's on vintage baby clothes. It's at:
The hub has been updated!
Oh Baby, Have We Got a HubMob for You!
Thanks to all the HubMobsters who joined in the fun last week
You are awesome
Great Hubs, everyone!
Me, ProCW and Princessa are now tasked with choosing the best HubMob Hub from last week. This is never easy...
If you have any suggestions on which of these you think we should choose and add to the HubPages blog, feel free to let us know. You might just help sway our opinion.
Also, I know that Princessa's vote can be swayed with tasty chocolate and high-priced shoes and ProCW's can be swayed with top of the line electronics.
Here's a link to the HubMob Request if you want to go see which one's you like the best.
Also, check out who's being featured on this category page now -- yep, it's a bunch of HubMobsters!!
Soooo...I decided to make my own opinion on the best HubMob Hub from last week.
See which one I think deserves the top honor this week over in the HubPages blog.

Hey there HubMobsters! Before I even get started on this post, I feel like I should let everyone who is reading this know exactly how awesome it was to see all of us Hubbers come together for last week's HubMob, which was the first one that we have ever had here on HubPages. We had 30+ Hubbers...

First of all, I have officially made it to the Las Vegas airport to head back to good ol' HubPages HQ after a crazy week in Las Vegas. I haven't really gotten any sleep today, so I apologize for any bad grammar, misspellings and what not. That's my disclaimer for the day. So, after last week's...
