I treated myself to one of my favorite restaurants in the city today in the middle of my busy day. It was blissful. I enjoyed my meal and it was not busy, little noise, great jazz music playing in the background. Just what the doctor ordered for a healing heart.

Just got bad from 7 bridges in Tuckerton NJ, right down the road from my house. What a beautiful site. I goes out from the mainland 5 miles and bay on both sides and at the end is the inlet to the Alantic Ocean:)
So So beautiful!!!!
Boats out everywhere and 4 of the 7 bridges are the old old wooden bridges from back who knows when but the is were everyone does the best crabbing and fishing. There is a red light each side of the bridges because on 1 car at a times very skinny and I was hoping I wouldn't run over someone fishing pole with my Truck. People are lined up both sides fishing and crabing.
I have finally reached my goal and dream in my life and I have to tell you girls I have never been happier:) LIFE IS GRAND BEING SOBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You are making me envious again, my friend.

Well, my two day reign of '100' is over. Gee it is hard to stay there and what pressure!
I'm still dealing with my nephew's tax business and once that is tucked away I can concentrate on more writing. Between that, my work issues and my home life...whew, it has been quite a tumultuous year so far.
Hope you are doing good with your writing? I just watched slumdog millionair last night - I know it is an old movie that I am just getting around viewing. I really enjoyed it and was kicking myself for not seeing it when it was on the big screen.

Hi Denise... I am back to normal I guess..I had some reaction to the antibiotic and that made things worse. ..now I am back for a couple of days and then I will be gone for for the week ... So much happening in life .. My son Now needs to get into Univ and that means taking him out of the city to attend interviews and stuff.. going to be busy for sometime now until he settles into a collegeThanks Mark.. I am NOT on holiday. wish I was. N.C. is part of North America, but is the U.S. and not Canada. Marky and I have to do the mundane-like work. Except today was a day off for me, (which I did not know about until late last night checking my schedule). And tomorrow I will have some training so I will be off the floor. Then, back to the grind on Wed and Thurs.

On a light side -- it's sunny and hot, hot HOT!!!Had a difficult day--didn't accomplish much writing of the report, so I meditated for an hour and it really helped to get in touch with the emotional garbage that was going on.
It wasn't productive in the way of working on the report, but in other ways it was. Good luck with your new project.

Oh Mark, I am so very happy over here! You can hear the people beating their kitchen pots and pans, honking the car horns, and celebrating about 2 miles from here. It's been an incredible game! My husband kept on telling me "There is no way they'll win this." and I kept on reassuring him that the game wasn't lost until the last second. The HEAT always do that. They play so-so and put pressure during the last minutes of the game. I am so thrilled that I can't go to bed!
Poor Steve! He was rooting for the Bulls. They played an amazing game too. Maybe now that we won the East Conf. final we can convince Rose to come down to South Beach too!
