Yes I am cocky. When young I was so ugly and frequently told it. It all changed when I got to college, total metamorphasis. I was the opening act for Elton John and Jethro Tull, that helped my ego.
Women had to be with me, instead of telling me how ugly I was. I was asked to model for Playboy, when they did spring fashions. A couple of friend's that were "sex symbols" in Hollywood. When they both saw my pic in my 30's they said; "they wouldn't have had a chance against me."
But deep in my mind I can always hear that young ugly boy crying.
I must add, giving advice. There were so many more when I was young and healthy, singing, guitar, speaker, stage presence, athlete, humor. Oh my G-D, I'm in love with me!
