I am becoming more aware of the little things that effect my day. With a little effort, I can change my quality of life. Remove the pebble in my shoe .... Clean the inside of my windshield in my car . . . Sharpen my pencil . . .
What things can you change?
keeping on top of clutter. nothing improves your mood like clean, clutter-free surroundings.
Clear short-term goals, destined to achieve a long term success.
Do not waste too much time in planning, we should always act, no matter if they are every day tasks. Avoid paralysis by analysis.
I've been working on losing weight by eating better, I find that replacing rice with veggies is always a good option and a simple change! haha
I just make sure i get things done everyday and don't pile them up like i used to, which has dramatically improved my quality of life, including more time, less stress etc. Good question by the way!
I need to stop procrastinating and even do one task a day I otherwise wouldn't. I think I will, thanks fdoleac!
actually put my laundry away instead of just throwing it on top of the dryer and picking through it as needed..
I try to be more positive everyday, and eat healthily too,
I'm trying to be more positive and more encouraging. I try to spend at least 1/2 hour a day dancing around to my favorite music - it lifts me up!
The gut ache where you take a little dump, all that work for nothing.
Affection effects my quality of life. I am mush happier when my family is affectionate to me. I try and bring this care into others lives by smiling and talking to strangers.
swimming helps me a lot ! especially at the moment !!
