I am becoming more aware of the little things that effect my day.  With a little effort, I can change my quality of life.  Remove the pebble in my shoe ....  Clean the inside of my windshield in my car . . . Sharpen my pencil . . .

    What things can you change?

keeping on top of clutter. nothing improves your mood like clean, clutter-free surroundings.

Clear short-term goals, destined to achieve a long term success.
Do not waste too much time in planning, we should always act, no matter if they are every day tasks. Avoid paralysis by analysis.

I've been working on losing weight by eating better, I find that replacing rice with veggies is always a good option and a simple change! haha smile

I just make sure i get things done everyday and don't pile them up like i used to, which has dramatically improved my quality of life, including more time, less stress etc. Good question by the way!

Good idea - don't plan to much but set the goal high enough.

Where I spend my days it would be a matter of shutting off the bloody bright lights once in a while and letting the sun do its thing.  lol

I'm trying to be more positive and more encouraging.  I try to spend at least 1/2 hour a day dancing around to my favorite music - it lifts me up!

Affection effects my quality of life. I am mush happier when my family is affectionate to me. I try and bring this care into others lives by smiling and talking to strangers.

I appreciate interacting with others that show a pleasant nature.  I don't have to work to hard to communicate, which usually leads to a more productive discussion.
