Maria Cecilia, you have a potentially good article here, but it needs work. For starters, the intro is very confusing. Get straight to the point instead of meandering about the shuttle service, etc.

A good way rework your intro is to take the first paragraph of your conclusion and make it the opening paragraph; "...Delicious foods, over flowing quality and quantity of foods served, large space enough to accommodate large group of people, cleanliness of the facilities, courteous waiters.” I suggest that a good way to order your article is by going through each quality as a chapter heading.

Also, your tone is somewhat too casual, as though you were speaking on the phone.

Here is a helpful article for proper capitalization:

Finally, some grammar is faulty and spelling: “Collie flower” should be cauliflower, etc.

Maria, here is a possible intro taking your last paragraph, in case I wasn’t clear. It’s only a suggestion. I reworked your wording slightly.

“For me a popular buffet restaurant has the following characteristics: variety of delicious food served, quantity, large space enough to accommodate large group of people, cleanliness of the facilities, and courteous waiters. On a recent visit to Buffet 101, I was pleased to find a restaurant that fulfills all these conditions. Let’s look at how it fairs in each category.

Delicious Food (this can be a subtitle)

Describe here the quality of the food, etc.

I recommend capitalizing the title like this:
Dining in Buffet 101: Another All You Can Eat Experience
