    Hi, Tammy. The biggest problem for me is the time references. The top of your article says that it was updated on October 1st, 2020, yet all the references to your weight loss experience end in 2014. You also refer to your New Year’s resolution as though it was a recent event, but the last New Year's Day was nine months ago.

    Although you have included some factual information about losing weight, I think it might be helpful to add more information about healthy weight loss that applies to your experience and to list your sources at the end of the article. This would make the article less like a personal blog post.

    I’m guessing that your article once had a link to your blog posts about losing weight, but the link has now been removed. I think you should remove the references to the blog and include at least some of the information (in different words) in your article.

    The article includes information about how you lost weight in addition to your resolution. You might want to indicate this in the title.

    I’m not sure about the relevance of linking to your taco recipe article in a weight loss one. You might also want to consider deleting the comment with links in it.

      Great Advice....Thank-you. I have recently lost weight again after struggling for a couple years overweight....I am thinking about adding that info as well but I lost the weight the same way- I quit drinking soda again. I just think maybe an update should be added?
