      :  :  Ahhh Habee, you have just hit on the #1 reason I try not to start collections.  I have enough "dust bunnies" without the help.    (Although I did think about purchasing an elephant statue one time, it was 9 feet tall and about the size of a real baby elephant - thought it would look incredibly good nestled under a tree on my property - my honey was all for it fortunately - but I balked at the delivery charge.  Probably a good thing.)

   I’m a Collector’s lackey. My wife collects Department 56 houses; then I have to build a new sub-division for them each year. 
   
   Pictures to prove this contention can be seen on one of my hubs if you are interested. The hub is titled “Christmas Villages, Department 56 Collecting.”
   
   I have been collecting empty scotch bottles for years, but each time I empty one, my wife throws it away.

   I used to collect antique sugar, creamers, but I have enough now and stopped.
   
   also, antique floral paintings or prints. that's all that hangs on my walls. just flowers.

    I collect coffee cups, mugs and steins from the places I've been.  I collect concert tee shirts from concerts I have been to.  I have collected coffee cups and concert tee shirts for over 20 years.
