Lyricsingray, you do collect. You collect your thoughts everyday and..when your ready..you put them here on the hub, for me to read. I then become inspired by what you write. Thank you, Lyricsingray.
I collect mugs. I love mugs for hot chocolate and steamy coffee. I have a mug from my sister and mugs from some of my dear friends and from my daughters too. They are special ... and because I use mugs everyday, I smile as I think of the thoughtfulness of the person who bought it just for me. I also pick up mugs for me. I am drawn to beautiful and feminine mugs. Floral are probably my favorites. Lang carries many mugs that suite my fancy.
I collect wonderfully ancient Native American artifacts. I find them while working on my farm. It's cool to hold an object no one has seen in over 12,000 years.
I collect Native American artifacts, also, but I don't have as many as Randy. I also collect carousel horses, sunglasses, shoes, handbags, and Great Dane stuff.
I have a very large angel collection when people find out what you enjoy they tend to always buy it so you find the collection growing at leaps and bounds until you say " No More."
Me personally or my mailbox? My mailbox loves junk mail and bills... I collect non-collectibles. Meaning an odd assortment of stuff keeps accumulating on my desk, in my drawers, under my bed, in my closet, even in the fridge.
My goal, however, is to collect shoes, clothes, books and chocolate. And that's just on a superficial level!!
I collect museum postcards. I try to get a postcard of the piece of art I liked the best, one of the pieces the museum is known for, or something from a special exhibition.
I always used to collect really unusual things.... like antiques, books and netsuki. But Now I Tend to Collect far more Practical things:.... like Nutty People
Oh my goodness I wish I collected something but,nothing really grab my fancy. Maybe I'll start collecting diamonds but I'll have to find a source to collect them from and that wont happen anytime soon.....maybe I'll start collecting stamps, they will be obsolete in a few years.
I used to collect every letter, note, card, scribble that someone gave me until I realized I had shoebox after shoebox full of these dear things. It was a painful process having to sort through and eliminate but I have cut back, and am down to four shoeboxes and am slowly oh so slowly starting to rebuild my empire!(That's what electronic mail has done to me! Now I divert my saved messages to folders instead of shoeboxes!!!) Yikes!

Books...I like the idea of reading them all and having a nice little library.
Gothic & Lolita Bible magazines....hrm, and art. Sometimes I just paint a nice piece really to collect it in my portfolio only to become dusty and forgotten. D;
Cream pitchers, but only if they belonged to someone I knew. I didn't really mean to start collecting them. Most are from family members. (Photos in a hub)
I have a collection of hand-carved animals. Some were carved by my grandfather and some were collected on a trip to Colorado. I also have a small collection of Native American dolls my cousin gave me.
What do you think of hubbers who collect followers and then suddenly un folow almost all of them?I have noticed that a few people here on hubpages who were followers collected like hundreds of followers and then suddenly deleted almost all their followers. I mean I couldn't care less about how many...
I do occassionally,and I know people with 80 comments or more -they are over time....But it seems some get 10-20+ right away in a short time. Is it cause they're long time hubbers, have tons of fans? Or is it cause more people are interested in the topic and it's quality?Or all of the above?anyways...
Well, I was coming to Welcome YOU to Hubpages! I'm sure Hubpages had a reason for pulling down your hubs and I'm sure that they told you why they pulled them down also.Why you would give up since you just started is beyond me. It shouldn't be too difficult to take care of the problem and get them...
