   We hope you’ve had a chance to come up with your favorite Hubbers and articles over the past week or so because it’s time to cast your vote in the HubPages Hubbie Awards!
   
   You’ll find the official ballot here (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp … sp=sf_link). Winners will receive a cool HubPages prize, widespread community recognition, and a special profile badge.
   
   As a reminder, here are the categories:

   • Best All-Around Article
   • Best All-Around Hubber
   • HubPages’ Lifetime Achievement Award (Chosen by HP Staff)
   
   *Hubber-Based*
   • Most Helpful Hubber
   • Most Likely to Go Viral

   Before you cast your vote, there are a few ground rules to keep in mind. Each Hubber may only vote once, so make sure that you’ve got your list of nominees ready to go. Nominations submitted after Monday, September 6th at midnight PDT will not be counted. If you do not have a Hubber or article to nominate for every category, it’s ok to leave spaces blank.

      Now that the Hubbie Awards are back (hopefully for good), I'd like to see a new category added: Best Fiction Writer.
      
      Fiction is my favorite genre with regard to reading and writing. It takes a talented writer to grab the attention of the reader, maintain it, and create an ending that's a complete surprise ("Damn, I didn't see that coming!) Perhaps even break that category down into sub-genres: Supernatural, paranormal, sci-fi, etc.
