      I nearly email Pamela, after reading the article.                                          She show practical causes of the foot problem, and profer solutions. I don't have any foot problems at the moment due to the healthy life style I live daily.                                   Thanks Pamela, for the read.

    Thanks for this article.
    I hate it when mh shoes begin rubbing my feet.
    I actually wear one size in the summer months and a different one in the winter. ( since I wear heavier socks)
    I remember those days when I was younger...l thought high heels were a must.
    Geez. .I'm glad those days are over.
    Great information.

    Thank you, Peggy, for posting Pamela's article. Yes, we should take good care of our feet. I rarely wear heels nowadays and therefore, I dont have any problems and my feet are perfect in shape.

    Nevertheless, Pamela, your article is helpful and informative in that what can happen to our feet and the remedies for them. I highly appreciate your article, as always. Thanks for sharing.
