Thank you Chitrangada for sharing Pamela's article.

This is a very informative and helpful one. I resemble my Dad and have everything like him. He never had blood pressure problems and neither do I.

Mom has, however, high blood pressure and has to take medication to tone it down. This article about hypertension is important for her and so I will pass it on to her.

Thank you, Pamela, for such a wonderful and easy-to-understand contribution.

    This one is terrifc.
Although a fe family members have high blood pressure, I have the opposite.  Low blood pressure.
I guess I always have to be the different one.

Thanks for keeping us up to date with these details.
We keep a blood pressure cuff handy.

Chitra Di, Thank you so much for sharing the link to Pamela's very helpful article. Despite the fact that hypertension is so common, many people ignore it. Pamela, thank you so much for writing such an interesting and useful article. Like Bredz, I also usually have low blood pressure most of the time. Have you ever written an article on hypotension? If so, I would love to read it smile

A very important and informative article, Pamela. Nowadays we see many young people also succumb to heart attacks which is very sad.
Happy Thanksgiving for all my Hubber friends.

A great article Pamela. Very informative and useful for seniors. It is important for blood pressure to be monitored carefully to avoid serious consequences. My daughter constantly checks mine as it tends to be on the higher side. Thanks Chitrangada for sharing the article.
