         This poem certainly reflects what you and Ron are going through current times. I hope it gets better and better. It's good to know he is no more in pain. Prayers from the core of my heart go out to you and Ron. And yes, prayers do work. With all our prayers going you your way, I hope there is a positive outcome. Let us hope for the very best, Brenda.

   Brenda has written a heartfelt and moving poem. I too believe that this can only be based on the harsh reality of personal experience.

      It is a very harsh reality & I wish we could just wake up from this nightmare.
      
      Thankfully, hospice has already helped by elevating his pain where he can stay awake now.

   Thank you for posting this, Peggy. A succinct, but heartbreaking poem about the affects of pain. So very sad. Unfortunately, I've had to observe this many times in my life. So many illness, so much pain. So much sadness.
