So it's the end of a long 30 days, but sadly, it's time to see the HubLove contest end. We all knew it had to happen, and the day is finaly here.

Since most of us have been participating in the contest nonstop, I thought I'd pose the question as to what we will do next. What will you do tomorrow and next week when there's no time contraint for hubs or noon time clue?

Today, I am taking my twins for haircuts and my daughter needs new jeans.   I think she sprouted 2 inches during the HubLove contest.  LOL....

I feel like this is a New Year's resolution. Ha.

I hope to spend more time with the reptiles and rats, as well as finish training the pup. I went slack during the contest. We went outside today for a little distraction and she did very well- great 2nd start.

I have to get my home back in order, sleep, and catch up at work.  Plus,  I want to check out all of my hublove hubs, and do some revising.  I probably won't publish any new ones for awhile.  I'll miss the contest though.

I guess now we have to learn to be creative again and pick our own topics.  YIKES!

Peter - my exact thought!  I have writer's block.  Wondering.... what did I write about pre-contest.  I like Stacie's idea of going through my contest entries and editing and improving.  That's what I'm up to this morning.

Peter, I agree. Like I posted in the official HubLove thread, it's going to be hard to come up with my own hubs since I won't be provided with a topic daily. :-(

Maybe we should start a new thread with a topic of the day?  People could choose to hub on it or not.  smile

Me too. It'd be a nice ease back into the regular hubbing world.

I, also like the idea posed in this thread. HERE

Yes, I'm very curious about "Pass the Baton".  I'm sure it will be great too.

I enjoyed the contest - mostly from afar. The little I did participate was fun. I did like coming home and reading who and how the clue was solved every day. (Can't access Hubpages at work because of the firewalls, server blocking and all that techno-geek stuff. Hey...I think I should revolt!)

And now that it is over, I will have less to read every night! And I may actually get some energy to publish another hub of my own. Its been a long month - even for us non-contenders!

I do want to say congrats to all of you who were regular participants. Some great hubs came form this contest.  Nice job everyone!  :-)

After getting three or four hours of sleep five nights a week for the last month, it was very.. very.. very nice getting 12-14 hours of sleep this weekend.  big_smile
