I reached the minimum to be paid out this month but I haven't received my Paypal deposit yet.

We apologize for the payment delay. We are still processing the earnings data and will send payouts as soon as possible.

Still working on it. Waiting on data from ad partners to process.

Eventually, we'll get paid. It's only a matter of time.

It’s kind of like a reverse Christmas bonus. We need a better explanation.

I understand the frustration. Payments will be made soon. Keep in mind this has happened many times in the past. Authors have always been paid.

I received mine as well. I am glad it came today. I think there was some anxiety at the phrase “few days” that was on the earnings page for how long it could take.

There's no need ever to worry. There have been many delays in the past, and authors have always been paid.

Thank you for responding, Matt. I appreciate it.

The problem is that the delays have been more frequent in past years, and just because we will eventually be paid doesn’t mean it’s timely. In the past, there was never a delay.

“A few days” is ambiguous. There is reason to worry when bills are around the corner. None of us knew whether we needed to wait a couple of days or much longer—like weeks.

I hope things are going well on your end. I apologize if I came off snarky in the above comment about Christmas bonuses.

Well, there is one thing that I do have to admit.  HubPages has a much better payment system for writers than the Steem blockchain, the Hive blockchain, and the Blurt blockchain do.

I've been here for 11 years and I've never gotten a payout later than the next day. I'll be honest, with the decline in revenue, this lateness has me worried.

I experienced a false alarm yesterday. I received an alert on my phone telling me that I'd got an email from HP. Thinking it was notification of a payment, I excitedly opened the email only to find out that it was just the weekly newsletter! big_smile

Hi, HubPages Team. I have been here for over 5 years now. If I am not mistaken, from the time I got here, this is the second or third time it happened. I am just wondering for what reason the payments are delayed when you have 28-30 days to prepare for it? Please let us understand the cause of delay. Thank you so much. Cheers
