Short Pat Pat on the back, now for all you big money ad-sense guys and gals, I have analyzed my traffic and the convergence of 200/400/1 seems to be a tipping point in the acceleration of earnings, since I hit 200/400 mark, I have had some earnings pretty much every day (though not always from clicks), the question here is - What was the tipping point for you?
wow, that's great hmrjmr. congratulations buddy. i knew you could do it.
Congrats... this is great..!! Wish you great success in new year..
Congrats! That's a great holiday present .
I guess my tipping point was when I wrote a certain hub that had my traffic shooting up. My highest Adsense earning for one day is like $5 plus and that was during my first month here. Haven't been able to top that since then but I've received my third payout a couple of days ago so I'm good .
Congratulations Hmrjmr1!
The tipping point for me had nothing to do with fans and everything to do with learning how to do keyword research. I have 100s of hubs that do nothing, and a few keyword researched ones that do well - not brilliant but good enough between them to build on.
I'm here for a month and a half and I have 1 click. Not yet a tipping point but I'm determined to reach that tipping point someday.
Simon thanks and keep after it lad quality SEO'd hubs do make a big difference, Keep on Hubbing!
Yes, congratulations with this achievement. Two hundreds hubs is quite a few of them but it's paying you well!
I'll let you know when I get there Hmr! I'm still firmly at the bottom of the see-saw. I'm not trying very hard these days though - so I can't complain. Been focusing on other things.
But, wanted to say CONGRATS! Even if I can't offer any useful "tips" to the thread.
Happy Holidays as well sir.
Congratulations on your success. I'm writing my 10th Hub today, so I have a long way to go! I'm wondering if you can steer me towards a thread or tutorial about how we know if our adsense ads are being clicked on. I'm not sure how to track these statistics. Thanks so much and again, yay for your success!
You can log into your Google AdSense to see how many clicks there have been on that day. If you also create a Google Analytics account and configure that properly with HubPages, you can also see which hubs are making you money. I don't know any hubs that do that, I simply learned this from the help section and the learning center: http://hubpages.com/faq/ and http://learningcenter.hubpages.com/
Meg Simon beat me to the answer, there are a ton of resources here at the hubs, RebbeccaE is one of the brightest stars in this arena, as is Habee, you should check them out.
I'll be out of the net for a while so Thanks in advance to all who post. Have a Great Day and If I don't get the chance to say it elsewhere Merry Christmas!
Congratulations Hmrjmr1! And what a lovely time to get your payout. Here's to many more payouts in the New Year.
For me, my tipping point was after 12 months and 100 hubs.
Thanks Flight Keeper, Great job by the way! Though I've been a member for 18 months It took me 6 weeks before I published anything, then have taken a two and a half month break, and recently a four month break, when I moved to take a new job. So When I'm writing consistently I guess I'm doing OK. Thanks again love your work btw!
Congratulations!! I love reading success stories
My best moment thus far was reaching 100 hubs in under 50 days. (That took a lot of work, though lol!)
100 Hubs in 50 days is astounding! That's a disciplined two hubs a day for 50 days. That's pretty cool. It took me 12 months
Thanks flightkeeper - It was a challenge, but I will admit some of those hubs I had been working on on the side while publishing others... I was also waiting to begin a new job so I had more free time !
Kristen, You are doing great, do you back link as well with other sites?
I published my first hub the night of December 30th.
AdSense Balance at end of August: $111.34
(Payment issued in September.)
At the time I had 17 hubs and under 100 followers. Things picked up since then. I think payment #2 will be earned in a few days.
wow it's a great achievement with relatively a low fewer hubs
VERY impressive stats! You'll have to publish a "how-to" hub or two for the rest of us still trying to figure out this crazy place! Congrats.
Thanks
I don't think I know anything special. I've just been lucky to post a few hubs that have gotten good traffic.
(Today my AdSense did reach enough for a second payout. W00t!)
Congrats Hmrjmr1. Success stories are inspiration to me.
Congrats to you sir, you serve as an inspiration, I just published my 75th hub in ten months, I have a long way to go, but am now inspired to keep on keepin on, thanks.
Great to read this Hmrjmr. I'm not sure what my tipping point was, but suddenly things started to work and earning crept up, yet I have relatively few hubs.
You're doing a great job though and thanks for sharing.
A very hearty conrats is due for sure. You have twice as many hubs as me in the same time. Well under my name anyways.
Oh well its all about you today and you fully deserve it.
Best of luck on your next 200
Dale
But most of all, it's about the journey, not the milestone itself that matters But when you get there, it's indeed a worthy accomplishment!
Hmrjmr1 Well Done.
Haven't tipped the scales of payout yet (halfway now) and will be celebrating when it happens.
I don't know what my tipping point is/was but I will say one thing. The most profitable hubs are the ones about money...hands down!
Brie
Thanks for the info, gonna have to jump in that one this year I guess, Appreciate advice from a pro! Have a Great Year!
Happy Christmas Eve, John, Michael, and Brie - and everyone else!

Prior to last month my idea of promoting Ebay was to stick an Ebay capsule at the end of my Amazon hubs, I made about $10 bucks a month doing that.So my first lesson was you want to make real money from any affiliate program - including Ebay - you have to design a hub to promote the products and...

Hello, my learned colleagues! I am new to this (posted a few hubs last night for the first time).
