Dear Fellow Hubbers and Friends,
I'm celebrating my two year anniversary with Hubpages!
The most poignant thing I can say is that when I published my first hub, and received my first response, I suddenly felt connected to a community. It is great to have this medium of self-expression and interaction with interesting people who write.
I'd like to thank the great people who have made Hubpages possible and the wonderful folks who have become my online friends. If I were to mention names I might forget someone, so all of you who have helped me, supported me, responded to my posts, commented on my hubs, read my hubs and joined my "fanclub", I'd like to express my appreciation.
There are several people who have been especially supportive whom I'd like to mention here: SunSeven, Livelonger, Some Like It Scott, Patty Inglish and our long-lost Iounn. I hope to meet you one day!!!
Many Thanks and Warmest Regards,
I have not yet reached the two year mile stone but i echo everything you said, including the fellow hubbers you mentioned and then some, whom I too would love to meet!
I think if we were to have a Hubpage get together we would have to meet on a boat, preferable on a world cruise as we are all in many parts of the world,. This would be something I could and would enjoy looking forward to...
Maybe one day the Hubpage staff will buy a big yaught and come and pick us all up Hint Hint!!
Congratulation Guru-c and sorry for the late wishes. heres to another 2 yrs of happiness in Hubpages
Congrats GuruC it seems just like yesterday, these 2 years have just flown past, I hope to see you here for many more.....jimmy
Congrats on your anniversary Cory!
I also stick around hubpages because of the sense of community. It's a great thing.
Check this out:
You've been writing on HubPages for 2 years and I've been working for HubPages for 2 weeks!
Yours sounds WAY cooler, but I think that they both are cause for celebration!
Pop the champagne!
Great work Guru! It's always nice to see people who have not only been here for that long but who continue to stay involved and active.
Happy Hub-day to you!
Happy Hub-day to you!
Happy Hub-day dear Guruuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

Aren't you the sweetest thing in the world??? Where has all the time gone??? You are a wonderful hubber, supporter and pal!
All the best and Happy Anniversary!!
Ah! Cory, time passed too fast?! Time spent wisely. I do not think I would have survived or persisted this long on any other site. Jimmy, the Pauls, Jason and jreitz (is he still around?) were the guiding stars when we started out.
Yes, you are right. Time has passed too fast but in many ways, wisely :-)
And also, by mentioning Jimmy, The Pauls, Jason and jreitz. They have all been there for us with support and guidance. And you have been most generous with your knowledge! It's great to have something to celebrate!
Its a long period.I have known you through this thread,i feel there are some old hubbers who are hidden on hubpages.Congrats
Congrats, Guru-C for the achievement. I am much junior to you.
maybe one day this could be a reality!! right now though, its just a crazy but nice idea and if it did ever come a reality, your Virtual cruise wear collection will be hugee
Congratulations Cory . I just come back from vacations and it´s great to have a birthday party to have fun with you all .
wow, I totally missed this. I suspect from the timing I'll be around for your 3rd year celebration
Happy 2nd Anniversary.
Hi well done, I remember your avatar, and responding to a question the first day I came on here.... I have a seagull flying around my house guarding me, (i actually like to believe) I wrote a poem about the seagull and about hub pages, called Under The Same Sky.... from your comments about connecting and your avatar, I would say we see things about hub pages very much the same.... I have only been here two months though...
Congrats for your two marvelous years spent with hubpages dear.
congratulations 2 years that is quite a time. You are very right still as new hubber here I was made to feel very welcome, it's nice to see things don't change in HP (well the good things don't) Congratulations again and heres to another 2 years

Well it was a pot of tea that I was drinking. But I did delete most of my Nelle hubs. It was just time for them to go. I have started a new website using my real name - which is Nelle Hoxie and it is about Cape Cod travel, culture and arts. I also want to write these kinds of hubs under my name as...

Woohoo! Three years on this great site! I love writing for HubPages and was so excited to get my 3-year badge. I'm starting to earn a decent amount from HP after 130 published articles, contributing more to forums and questions, and meeting some awesome people. I feel like I've grown as a writer...
