   "That's interesting" is a comment I make all the time.

      Anytime I rate a Hub up it will be at a minimum 'interesting', so I'm glad to see the addition.

      Yeah I did, I like it too, but it'll take forever for all those people that were ínterested' in my hub....to catch up and press it

   Am pleased we finally got the interesting button as it suits so many hubs that are not useful,awesome or beautiful . Asked about getting one a while back ! I will be making use of it when hub hopping etc !

   Yep i noticed it.On numerous occassions i thought about suggesting they add that exact button so glad to see it there.As wytegarillaz points out it is often the most appropriate rating/feedback button required.Good addition.

   ...and they let "awesome" stay after all.  I was thinking they might replace "awesome" with "interesting" (after seeing it discussed somewhere). Anyway, looks like "awesome" is here to stay.

      Yes Lisa, awesome was discussed but the admin thought it was universally known to mean what it means.  But unfortunately it doesn't mean what it means when it becomes a trite expression for something that is definitely not awesome.  Nevermind!  Glad at least for the interesting button.

   I like the "interesting" idea for a button, but I wish they would remove the "awesome" button. When last have you read a hub that you were totally in awe of?

      It's rare to read anything that can be described as awesome, let alone a hub.    It's an Americanism which is out of line with the meaning of the word.

      I have to disagree , cuz I'm from the 80's and I love the word Awesome!!! Like totally awesome dude .... seriously though, awesome is awesome

   Awesome may be inappropriate but I'm with it.  And I'm English!  Nothing is ever awesome in England.  It's shit mainly.
   
   Anyway, my small gripe is Interesting.  I now have a few of these.  Given the number of other things I have it looks like my work is mainly funny, sometimes useful and very, very, very rarely... Interesting.
   
   It's like it's hardly ever interesting.
   
   So they should think before they add new buttons in a crazy "let's add new buttons" manner.  It affects real people in their everyday lives of checking statistics.

      Mark I think you should give it a chance, the 'interesting' button is fairly new so I think a few people might think twice before clicking it., they might not be sure what exactly the interesting means.
      
      With the previous four buttons I had a hard time deciding which to use as most times I do not find the hub useful as it might have been poetry or a story, or funny, beautiful and certainly not awesome. But interesting can pass for a not funny story or poem.
      
      A few weeks and people will be using it like crazy. I am sure I find your hubs interesting, but mostly funny.

            The use of the word "Awesome" is somewhat limited in our British vocab. I think I must be getting into bad habits on here. After the sermon this morning I approached the speaker and told her the sermon was "awesome". It was good, but honestly what on earth made me use a word like that?
