I had the Hubpage Ads off for the longest time because I felt I made more with adsense. Now I am not so sure. I made payout after having it on since November 1st.
Good for you!
Now calculate your CPM for the same period in October by; adding adsense and HPads and dividing by views. Do the same for November to date. Which one is higher?
Wildman, I'm going to start calling you Mr. Math! lol
K, congrats to you!
You inspire me I'm waiting for my holidays (A long way to go) then will write 4 hubs a day or atleast 2
congrats. I'm looking forward to a second payout soon - things have picked up recently. My adsense and amazon have have a while to go yet.
Good for you Kmackey. I had a hub that was doing really well last month due to Halloween. It made 2 dollars with adsence and 25 with HP. That is telling.
Congrats. I am a strong believer that the HP ads will perform better for (most) hubbers.
You should. That is when I get mine each month. On the 20th
It's changing to the 28th of the month from December on.
Congratulations! That's good to hear. I only started HP ads in October, and it's growing steadily. I agree with David, I expect to do better with HP ads than AdSense. I'm glad you posted your milestone -- it's encouraging.
Anyone else kinda enjoy the "roll of the dice" fun of Adsense alone, though? You never know what you're going to get...it's like Christmas morning every day.
I do miss those big, $1+ clicks. I still get a few per month, but I miss seeing them come in every day or two.
I'd go back just for those, but the cost is way too high for the thrill.
I know there's nothing logical about it...I guess it's like playing the slots. You get hooked on the dream of a big payday that's altogether unlikely to happen.
I got my first HP payout this month too, after a year. Well, HP ads haven't been here for a year, but I have. It was a nice moment!
Hey kmackey! That's awesome! I actually want to say thanks as you have given me great tips and sites to be able to also generate other streams. I'm sooo happy for you and hope to also celebrate in the same fashion soon. Thanks for all your valuable information.
I just passed my one year anniversary and got my first payout too.
omg and my traffic is way up today. I can not wait to see what I earn. Hmmm so I was thinking I get paid Dec. 20. I wonder if I will have time to order a Christmas gift and have it arrive before December 25.
Look at me. Spending the money before it arrives....
Hate to be the odd one out, but I gotta say that this month ALONE I made payout with adsense! And it's only the 20th! Plus, Christmas sales are starting on Amazon- I LOVE this time of year!!!!! I'm afraid to switch to HP ads as Google is treating me very well....
Google was treating me well too but HubPage ads are better....I was afraid to change too but now I am glad I did. I am still making some with adsense also. I thought about turning off the ads and trying to make payout with adsense by the end of the month but IDK. OMG my head hurts now...
Grats! Just made my first payout and the way it looks, I'll be making payout every month!

I was wondering how much people actually earn on HubPages through HubPages ads program? Does it produces better results than AdSense? How much hubs and tgime does it take to start earning? Yeah, I know, so many questions, but I really need to know the answers. Thanks in advance for answering it.

How much money do you need to earn with the hubpages ad program before they pay you through paypal?

Do you earn more money with adsense of hubpages ad program? This question is for those earning more than a few cents a month. I know adsense pays for clicks and hubpages ad program pays for impressions, but I am wondering overall which one people earn the majority of their money from.

Currently, I'm using both programs, HubPages Ad Program and AdSense. For better income, I'm wondering if it would be better to choose one or the other. I'm new and I just want to get started off on the right foot once I figure out how to generate traffic.

Can I?I have a couple of smaller accounts. As Amazon currently operates, my earnings go into one pot. From what I can understand, that won't happen once HP take over my Amazon. Or am I wrong? If I'm not, why not? I am going to lose out as it is, and I can't see the separation of my HP accounts being...
