I'm going to be a first time grandmother tomorrow!!

   My sons girl is overdue so they are going to induce labor tomorrow! I'm so excited, this will be our first grandbaby. They don't know if it's a boy or a girl so this is pretty cool for it to be a surprise!! (just like the old days before ultrasounds...lol!!)

      Dorsi that is awesome, congrats.
      It really is okay not to know if you're going to be a grandma or a grandpa...haha.  It's just so exciting. A little new bundle to love, spoil rotten, eventually fill up with lots and lots of candy so they can bounce off the walls, then send them home for Mommy and Daddy to deal with. (That's what you call sweet revenge) Just kidding about the tooooo much sugar part, a little will do just fine. I'm just heading over to my two little Darlins for a few days. Which is always a lot of fun.

    Congratulations Dorsi!  You're going to absolutely love it.  I have the pleasure of having my granddaughter who is now 7 and her mom living with me temporarily, and I love it.  She is my heart.  I don't know how to explain it, but the love you feel for a grandchild is no less than the love you have for your children, but it is different somehow.  At least, that's been my experience.
