My favorite school subject is a toss up between math, English, learning about other cultures, and watching PBS Nova type specials whenever I get the chance.

Mines use to be science until others started making it the answer to all things.  I always viewed science as the search for knowledge not the authority on life for it was through science that we learned-not already knew.

Agrarian advances in the Romanian countryside during the 19th century, and their effect on ceramics (most specifically on pots and other large liquid transportation devices).

I can talk for HOURS about it and never get board

Yes, and I have a related sub-interest in analyzing any organic traces to recreate recipes.. but we don't have to talk about that if it doesn't interest you.

Doesn't interest me? are you insane??

I once bought a used crock pot at the Salvation Army, and after much careful study, uncovered a delightful dish that I called possum-based Haggis au gratin

I am so looking forward to our talk.  I have blocked off all of next week.  I can certainly last three days without sleep, so we'll only need one interruption unless you will need more?
