   The best Angst-filled song for me is My Chemical Romance.  "I'm Not Okay (I promise)"  It's fast paced, hardcore, and makes me feel better after listening to it a couple times.

    When Eric Clapton did " If I saw you In heaven " on MTV unplugged back when they played music It was one of the best songs and most moving performances I have ever witnessed . His son had just passed away and he wrote that song for him . Absolutely riveting.
